Best Stay of 8 in Europe this timeA friend recommended this hotel and I thank her for it. The location cannot be beaten as it is in St Germain and within walking distance to many things, including Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, Isle de Paris etc.
The decor of the hotel is charming, as are the staff, who are welcoming, and unlike the other hotels we stayed at, there was no undertone of cynicism, or exagerated patience.
The rooms are beautiful, and fairly large for Paris. Hermes toiletries made my partner happy, and the bed an amenities were good. There is lots of shopping in the surrounding streets, as well as very many eating choices.
They provide guests with a smartphone, which is such a good idea. We only used the mapping application, but it was still great for that, though one could use the browser, or make calls (not sure how much they charge for calls though as we did not use this).
I would genuinely recommend this hotel to guests seeking a relaxed, luxury hotel, with good facilities, kind and helpful staff, and a great location.
I am comparing this to 6 of our stays, which were in Mariott/SPG properties, and all wanted for a bit of true service, and makes me start to consider my long term membership.

ExcellentWhite glove, 5 plus stars for this 49 room gem!
Excellent location to walk everywhere and pick up Big Bus if you dont like walking. Kudos to Head Concierge and entire front desk team. Nice jazz bar in evenings and splendid buffet breakfast.

Great hotelWe stayed at the Hotel d’Aubusson for eight nights over xmas, 2018 and had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our basic room (Superior) was extremely comfortable and good in size. The concierge, Coralie, booked two fabulous tours for us - she was great. We will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel Stayed 3 days in December, outstanding location in a great little district full of cafes and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre.
A few minutes walk to a couple of metro stops which can get you around Paris with ease.
Cafe De Paris is just round the corner and we’ll worth a visit for breakfast.
Highly recommend, would definitely go back!!!

Great experience with the staySuper friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the decoration throughout the hotel and the amenities provided. The jazz bar is lovely. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants, shops, museums and other sites. Will come back next time when we’re in Paris.

We stayed at the D'AUBUSSON for christmas and had our expectations exceeded.D'aubusson is situated in the heart of SG and a stone throw from the Seine.
On arrival we were given a warm welcome by Jean the concierge who looked after us our whole stay....thank you Jean, you were superb! Even on christmas day he managed to land us a reservation at a fab restaurant. Our room was spacious and luxurious as you'd expect from this establishment overlooking a quaint street.
The hotel is charming, boasting a great bar with live jazz a few nights in the week, trust me this is not just lobby jazz, a quartet that really were first class.
Lastly, there is a great spa with lap pool underground that hubby took advantage of each morning. In summary, if you want a great hotel, great area with hundreds of restaurants nearby.....stay at D'aubusson. We will be back!!

First time for us at Hotel D'Aubusson and we finally found the best place to stay in Paris, we'll come back for sure.Rooms are elegant and spacious which is quite rare in Paris. The staff is great, very kind and helpful. a special thank to Naima who was so nice at the bar whenever I asked for a tea.
The breakfast was excellent and the common area of the hotel are elegant and charming. The plus is absolutely the pool where you can relx after a day walking in Paris.

Main floor has reception, breakfast room, bar, piano lounge.Basement has a beautiful pool for lap swimming. Dry sauna, wet sauna, massages.
Rooms are clean and tastefully designed.
Highly recommended for a rare 5 stars stay in the Latin Quarter.

We had a wonderful stay here in early November, trying to use up covid19 airfare credits set to expire in December. So our stay was short, but memorable. We were already familiar with the location, having stayed down the street on a trip to Paris two years ago. This was the first time for the d'Aubusson, but definitely not the last. It's quiet, beautiful and a tranquil oasis in a busy city. The buffet breakfast is the best you will ever have, a large selection, with hot items cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional and multilingual. No problem is too small for their cheerful attention. The premises are beautiful and well cared for. Below street level is a gorgeous swimming pool and workout room, plus a spa with a terrific masseur. The jewel in the crown is the jazz club and bar, Cafe Laurent. Three nights in a row we drank great cocktails while listening to cool jazz from some of the best musicians in town. From start to finish, this is the best hotel in Paris for the price. The fiance and I stayed in later November and we could not have been more happy with the hotel. The facade is picturesque, especially at night. The concierge is extremely accomodating, the entire staff is very pleasant and hospitable. Our suite was much more expansive than expected (definitely goes against the saying about Parisian rooms).Although it was too cold to enjoy; the courtyard is very charming, the continental breakfast nook was very well laid out and again, the staff couldn't be more helpful.
The best part was being able to enjoy the hammam & sauna after a long day of walking in the chilly weather. I was lucky enough to book a massage and it was absolutely brilliant and heavenly. Can not wait to go back again.
