Starhotels Terminus

The place is exactly located in front of the Garibaldi metro station. It's so easy to find and for sure you'll never miss it. The room is neat and clean spacious enough for two.  Not noisy even if you're in front the main terminal. We had dinner but the food they offer was not so good but to be fair the breakfast was good. Hot water is also good though the shower area was a bit tight  but I'm not expecting more as I'm in Europe. But don't get me wrong the toilet is spacious. The bed is firm I like it. But the pillows are too soft for me. Anyway everyone has their own preference. Visit them and try.

I stayed here for a night and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The hotel is situated in a very nice setting, it benefits from a calm surrounding area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were service minded and very friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast as I had an early appointment. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

Nice hotel. But I didn't like the fact that in my room there was no iron and ironing board. No free water to drink. Tasty breakfast. Big variety of food. I didn't like that breakfast starts at 7.00 am. That's really late for me. Room comfortable and clean. Talk building and lots of rooms. Unfortunately only 1 lift and stairs to use. Hence you have to wait long for a lift.

The room we were originally given didn't have working AC. When I called to ask I was told someone would come up and look. When no one came up I eventually went down and was first asked how long I would be staying, then they would send someone the next morning to look at it. I had to fight to get my room changed. This is when it was 80 degrees outside and with mosquitoes. Location is great. But overall staff was not friendly. My cousin was also staying there and had multiple rude interactions. The room he was given had a broken key pad and the front desk was angry with him until they realized it actually was an issue. But never apologized.
