Pros: The room's view was fantastic and the hotel's  location is good. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Cons: I felt the smell of damp in the room and some parts need renovation. Below my expectation from NH quality.

Good affordable 4 star hotel near the port. The rooms are not extremely big f i there is no desk to work on. Beds and shower are ok, cleaning is good and the view (especially on higher floor levels) is great. What’s not good; I think the airco (AC) can be lower in temperature. It’s to warm at night! Due covid regulation they have 1 person to hand out your choice at breakfast. So you will find a line of people eager to eat but you have to wait patiently for your turn to point to your breakfast items. Breakfast is good but assign more staff to help in the morning at breakfast! Staff is helpful and friendly.

It was alright, we got a good room with a nice view, which was clean. However, we did not appreciate the cleaning service hammering on the door all morning. What is the "do not disturb" sign for? One time the cleaning lady barged in while we were in the room in the afternoon. Becareful of the scammer taxis in front of the hotel as well.

Super location! Less than 10 minutes walk from the Metro station, less than 5 minutes walk from several supermarkets and restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to the historical city centre of Naples.  We got a nice seaview looking at the Vesuvius. However the rooms are quite standard, we got adjacent connecting rooms with the children, but we didn't got the key of the connecting doors (and were to lazy to ask at the reception). We only got one key card per room and one towel set per room (both occupied by 2 people). There was a safe in the room, but you needed a separate card for it, so it was not very useful. Would be more practical if it would have a number lock. Further only two of the four very small elevators were in use (in this time of COVID-19), which was very unhandy since we had to go up to > 20th floor. The shower was situated in the bath tub and the shower screen was not waterproof so after a shower the whole bathroom floor was soaked. The hotel could use some renovation. But the location was really excellent for a small city trip.
