Hotel Novotel London Tower Bridge

The location was fabulous.
We had 2 rooms and found this useful (ideally we would have loved interconnecting doors). We had all the amenities required. The breakfast was superb - of all the 3 Novotel Hotels we stayed at, whilst in Europe, this breakfast was by far the best. We enjoyed people watching, past the restaurant window, as we sat down for breakfast each morning and planned our day ahead.

I booked at twin room for my 20yr old daughter and I. Once in the room the beds were very low end tiny singles bolted together. It may have been a double. Twin beds should be separate. Lots of snags and issues with room. Lose fittings on the bathroom everywhere.
While the breakfast was itself very nice, the constant, and I mean constant “take this?” from the staff clearing up, took away any sense of relaxation. As soon as our cutlery was put down it was whisked away.
3 out of 5 at best. A lot better hotels for a similar price. Would not recommend.

Great stopover place in London. Quick check in and out. It is not a fancy hotel but it does have everything you will need. Rooms are clean with tea coffee facilities, and toiletries were plentiful. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money.

Had a nice two night stay with my girlfriend. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 star is because the room was extremely hot. After the first night, the front desk gave me some ideas to help cool the room down. It helped a little bit but they were very helpful & friendly with trying to help.
