Comfort Hotel Göteborg

What you have to know before booking this hotel that is not said on their website or booking platforms:
- they clean rooms only every 4days: so no beds made, no towels changed, no garbage emptied…
- no amenities in the room: no kettle or coffee machine, no bath rugs, no tissues…
- on weekends you have to book breakfast otherwise you dont get it (even if you have paid for). At least you would need someone at the reception explaining you that you have to scan a qr code in the elevator to do so. Which was bot explained to me. No delivering a service that is paid for is just outrageous.
- Also, as soon as someone opens/close the doors in the hallway it slams all others. So say bye to your sleep
Will never recommend or stay there again.

Great location, superb breakfast and clean rooms (with floorwarming in the bathroom). Friendly people. There is a DJ playing in the downstairs bar in the weekend. I liked it but it's quite loud (but you don't hear it in your room).

Really nice hotel, on the edge of the city center if Göteborg, with an excellent view over the docks and the ferries. Good breakfast. Too bad the rooms don't have water cookers. Also, instead of an airco, there's a climate control system, which in warm summers, is barely sufficient. Hotel has good service, we could even take our bicycles to our room.

Nice hotel. But the Lady staff shouted at me when I came from out after the front door had been closed blaming me for not using the door Bell. Maybe because I was black but that was rude.
