Amazing!Brilliant place to stay. We were upgraded to a superior room. It was so comfortable and welcoming.
The staff could not do enough for you.
It was out wedding anniversary whilst there and there was a complementary bottle of prosseco in the room. Another day we returned to find a Christmas card and some beautiful biscuits.
We have stayed in many hotels and can honestly say that for comfort this is outstanding.

Elegant and BeautifulThis is a treasure of a hotel in old town Warsaw, Poland. Its beauty and elegance impresses you with every turn. High ceilings, marble everywhere, and attentive gracious service make this a must do. Prices are reasonable and they even upgraded us to an "apartment" complete with living room lock-off bedroom and two bathrooms. One of which had a circular tub large enough for six people. Do yourself a favor and spend a few nights here.

Beautiful hotel but lacking in serviceTwo friends and I arrived and were pleasantly greeted and checked in....all good. We spent a few hours walking around the old city, which is charming. Because of the time, we chose to eat at the hotel’s restaurant Focaccia at 8 pm. The service was abominable as it took 1 1/2 hours to be served. The restaurant was not crowded but our server certainly wasn’t trained properly. They “ran out” of focaccia bread (?) and served us pizza dough after asking numerous times for bread. When we were served our dinner at 9:45 it was tasty but much too late. We had to ask for bread plates, napkins and salt and pepper. Never did the server come to our table, we had to flag her down as she rushed by.
In choosing a hotel in Warsaw we looked for 1)a non chain hotel 2)close to the old city 3)a 5star property. The Hotel Bellotto fit the first 2 criteria however but it is far from 5 stars in the service and restaurant departments. I won’t discuss their Casino...don’t bother going there.

BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYEDMyself, my husband, our 14 and 16 year old children, stayed at Hotel Bellotto in Warsaw, Poland. We absolutely loved it. My husband and I spoke of how it was nicest place we have ever stayed. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the bellservice - every individual we had the pleasure of encountering at Hotel Bellotto was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have host us. The room was a generous size, flawlessly clean and perfect in all respects. If I had to chose one word to describe our stay it would have to be "outstanding". Proximity to culture, food, and historical sight-seeing was perfect.

Wonderful Room, amazing staffWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bellotto. The website said that the largest room would sleep 3 adults but we emailed them in advance and they said 4 was not a problem. we chose a deluxe apartment with balcony and it was huge. The hotel is in a perfect location, just steps from restarants and Old Town. The staff could not have been nicer, responding to our every need. The price was great compared to What we are used to in the US. Room was quiet and clean.

Excellent in every way!Hotel Bellotto is located a block away from the square, a perfect location! The room was very nicely appointed and large. We requested a cot and even with this we had ample room. The bathroom is modern and a very nice size with shower and tub. It was very clean when we arrived and housekeeping did a great job everyday. The staff were very welcoming, always happy to answer any questions. They even knew our name before we told them and allowed us to check in early.
To our surprise this hotel has a casino in it. It is small but we won. I was pleased how quiet our room was due to the busy street it is on. Our room had a nice view of the street and hotel grounds. We enjoyed drinks and breakfast at Focaccia restaurant, nice location with outdoor seating.
It was a wonderful experience and highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff.

Elegant ambience steps from the Old CityMy husband and I just spent four glorious nights at the freshly refurbished historic Hotel Bellotto. Conveniently located just steps from the quaint Old City, Belotto is situated in a quiet section of the neighborhood on the back side of the famous Royal Way. Although a former palace where the head of the Roman Catholic Church in Warsaw resided, because there are only a small number of hotel rooms it still feels intimate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are elegantly appointed. If you can stay in apartment 302 which sits at the upper end of the hotel facing the street and has views of the Old City from the bedroom and sitting area. We could have spent our entire time ensconced in comfort and elegance in our quarters but the tempting abundance of cafes and restaurants below lured us out. Whether on a romantic getaway or a sightseeing trip to Warsaw Hotel Bellotto is a uniquely special place to stay!

My Warsaw HighlightThis hotel was the highlight of our stay in Warsaw. Located a few steps from the Old Town, Saxon Park, National Theatre and so many restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly lovely, warm, welcoming and honest. This wasn’t a customer service put on attitude, but felt very genuine. I work in the Hotel industry and can usually pick a fake welcome/warmth. The staff were always willing to assist, answer questions and offer advice. The room we had was larger than usual, very spacious with a big bathroom. To our surprise the bathroom floors were heated, which we just loved! I would very highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for an amazing time and I will return on my next visit.

They charged me 6 euros for some wine that i never drinkedThe sneakiest hotel in Town. I come to Warsaw every second week for business and it is the first time a hotel charge me 100 euro deposit for the "mini bar".
Anyways, as usually, i don't use anything from the Mini bar but these guys charged me anyways 6 euros (without of course notifying me).
When calling them during a business day, I have been told that there is nothing they can do and that they have no idea when the manager will come (or if he will ever come?).
Be aware that this hotel has very shady tactics to general extra f&b revenue by stealing their own guests. Always check your bank statement or better avoid this hotel.

Amazing hotelThis is an amazing hotel of great character and with luxurious decor and warmth. The bedrooms are sizeable and finished to a high standard.Also the location is very convenient to so many sites plus you can catch the hop on hop off bus outside. The staff were attentive when asked but some lacked warmth and friendliness. Breakfast was really good and really sets you up for the day

Façade impressionnante de cet ancien bâtiment qui abrite l’hôtel Bellotto, cinq étoiles à juste titre.Belle chambre bien équipée, excellente literie. Très bon petit déjeuner qui serait parfait sans un navrant fond musical. Est ce une conséquence de la grandeur de l’hôtel, l’amabilité du personnel est variable. Le parking devant l’établissement est pratique mais avec un tarif excessif

A wonderful palace right in the center, 5 minutes walk to the old city, very nice rooms and good breakfast. Only fault was, that I ordered a car to the airport the night before and it never showed up, the Taxi they then called needed 30 minutes to arrive, so my clients nearly missed their plane. Breakfast is good and served outside, when the weather permits this, so I do highly recommend this hotel Source: tripadvisor

I selected this hotel because of it's good location to the old town and I wanted to stay in a good quality hotel. The location of the hotel was indeed perfect, the old town is just at 3 minutes walking distance.The building of this hotel is huge. It really feels like you stay in a palace and in the same building is also an italian restaurant, casino and coffeeshop.
There has been put a lot of thought in the decoration of the room for sure. Everything within style of the building. With that also comes a downside.. the chairs in the room look nice and match the room but are not very comfortable to sit in. The armrests are too high for comfort. Also the matras in the bed seem to have some layering that doesn't breathe and makes it not comfortable to sleep on. When you lay on it, it will start to stick on you after a while like sleeping on plastic. This seems to be a trend in hotels nowadays (maybe because it's easy to clean?).
The housekeeping was very good at they did a great job of keeping the room clean.
The italian restaurant downstairs also serves breakfast. Their service is very slow (both during breakfast and dinner). Both in the evening and in the morning it took them nearly 30 minutes to prepare my food (pizza in the evening, omelette in the morning) while there were only a few guests. The pizza was fine but the breakfast was dissapointing for it's price. I opted to have breakfasts in different hotels the other days.
All in all a great hotel with a nice vibe to it with a good location. If you visit warsaw as a tourist and want to stay in style this is the place to go. If you want a bit more comfort and don't need to be close to the old town I would suggest the Radisson.

This hotel is situated in a historic building. The building itself is majestic. The location is excellent, at the heart of the city, adjacent to the Warsaw Old Town, walk away from the Presidential Palace and other important establishments. Of all hotels I have ever visited, this is my favorite. The staff are so kind, friendly, helpful. I trust if I request something, the staff will handle it. The rooms are beautiful as is the historic building. The best part is the complete service you receive with a smile. I use this as a home base when in Warsaw and do not even look for other hotels.
