iQ Hotel Roma

The reception staff was great. Specially Guiseppe and Emilio. They always help us with everything.
Our room was 423. It was very clean, fantastic overview. Housekeeping was great too.
Breakfast was good too and the staff excellent too.
Location close to everything even by walk.

Great location by the train station and walkable like all of Rome. Service was outstanding. We stayed last fall, remembered how much we liked the pillows and asked the staff about them months later. Special thanks to Fabiana and Andrei for going out of their way to track down the pillow information so we could try and get them for our home!

The rooms are very generic looking, but they are comfortable and are equipped with a mini fridge, toiletries and other amenities.   The location is ideal.   This hotel has a laundry room, restaurant, and bar.  There is also a vending machine that sells beer and wine located on the roof.  The staff is very helpful, patient and friendly.

The location is great. Close to the train station, in walking distance to a a lot of interesting places. The room was great. Nice and spacey, clean and generally comfortable. We really enjoyed the free daily refill of water, tea and coffee in the rooms. The room was not really soundproof. You could easily hear what was going on on the other side of our door. So if sound bothers you this might not be the place. The reception staff was okay. We had breakfast at the hotel once just to try it out. There was a lot to choose from and it was cheap but it was pretty bland tasting. The staff in the restaurant was great tho. More attentive and friendly than in the reception.
