Grandhotel AMBASSADOR National House

We stayes for 2 weeks. It has a very good location. The treatment was good. But my complain is about the food there. All the meals were bad & poor only the breakfast it was a little bit  good. But the lunch & dinner were bad. I told the manager there about this. As  muslims and many other visitors there are from the arabian gulf and they are of course muslims. So we need special good. I mean we don’t eat pork or ham. We tried to tell the resturant many many times but it was usless. So I hope they can fix this probmlem and looking for a good chef.

Recipetion failed the correct assignments of the massages and wellness program on the first day. For our 2 nights we had luck that we could there was a free spot in schedule at the day of check out. But nonetheless it screwed up our plans of city activities. Everything else was fine for the short duration of our stay. They have two saunas and a Turkish bath.

We had a nice stay here over last week. Only thing that I didn't like was the dinner in evening. I'm vegetarian and chefs have no skills to cook vegetarian meal considering its a 4 star hotel, its a shame.. everything else was great. Breakfast,  rooms, cleaning services,  staff, spa facilities etc. Will visit there again.. overall we enjoyed our time here. Thank you to whole team there.

Location is good, facilities are ok. However, cleanliness needs to be improved. In the restaurant there were dirty cups and plates with hair in some of them, and when we told the staff she said “we clean with the machine and some are not well cleaned” and she didn’t even care to take the dirty ones!! And the housekeeping didn’t really clean the room at all, they just arranged the pillows. Very bad service! Breakfast is also very poor. However, the spa is very good and the staff there are extremely nice. It would be only better if the opening hours of the sauna could be extended, currently it’s only from 3-8 pm.
