wonderful experience at the Heritage hotel!
This hotel is wonderful w/ a great location and top level service! I especially wanted to acknowledge Manuel Marino, front office manager. I realized that I had left my wallet in the hotel safe at my last hotel in Malaga. It was a weekend and I was to fly back to the US on Tuesday. Manuel assured me he would handle it and he did which allowed me to enjoy my stay in Madrid! I will stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!!

A total gem of a spoiling hotel in a lovely central part of Madrid
I loved staying at The Heritage. It has the feel of a very luxurious, intimate boutique hotel and has only around 26 rooms. I gather all are furnished differently and in exceptionally good taste. My small double had beautiful chinoisserie wallpaper, a framed antique Hermes scarf and very comfortable bed with highest quality linen. The bathroom is pampering too with lots of marble and enormous shower heads and good toiletries. Staff were very friendly and seemed proud to be working there. Breakfast is excellent with warm tortilla and churros as well as proper pata negra iberico and cheeses and pan con tomate. There's a metro close-by as well as excellent restaurants. It is also the right side of town for the airport. I would very happily return.

Spectacularly elegant and discrete
I spent three nights in this beautiful boutique hotel.
I absolutely loved it because it felt like being somewhere special, elegant and unique in the heart of Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood. I particularly enjoyed the cosiness and how it was like staying in my own place in Madrid, rather than just being another host in a hotel. The team was very warm and at breakfast, after the first morning, they remembered exactly how I have my coffee! The room was elegantly decorated with antique pieces of furniture and art. The quality of the materials was outstanding and everything worked perfectly.
I also enjoyed the neighbourhood of Salamanca, had lunch and dinner in a different restaurant every day (walking distance) and found everything I needed within a one or two blocks.
Interestingly, there was no kettle in the room (only Nespresso machine), but as I mentioned it to the front desk they sent me a kettle immediately.

Exceptional hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel in quiet upscale neighborhood. Very welcoming professional staff. Elegant restaurant and salon de thé for breakfast or a coffee or nightcap. Enjoyed a room with a balcony over the street. Absolutely world class

Classy All Round
A magnificent stay at the very classy Heritage Madrid Hotel. It offers chic decor and plush rooms in the sophisticated Salamanca area of Madrid, but it is the service that is the standout. From the complimentary drink on arrival to accommodating us with a late check out, due to a very late outgoing flight, Manager Julian and his team, especially Manuel and Marco, are welcoming, highly professional and extremely helpful with details and travel advice. We also lunched in the beautiful Haroma restaurant. The menu offers an innovative approach combining Spanish and Asian flavours with great balance and effect. The setting and the service is beyond par, with that characteristic Spanish warmth, and definitely a high end experience at all levels. Classy all round

Excellent
The hotel is located in the upscale Salamanca area close to cafes and high end shops. The hotel is traditional in style but modern. The breakfast is limited in options but very high in quality. The rooms are tastefully appointed and the balconies truly make you feel that you are staying in the heart of Europe. As a Relais & Chateaux property they are holding the flag up high. Above all is the service, its warm, welcoming, helpful and not intrusive all at the same time. If you are going to be in Madrid, this is a great place to stay. The property is small in size otherwise I would have loved a Jacuzzi, Pool, Steam, Sauna and relaxation area on site. Their is a bar area on the top floor of the hotel with nice views.

What a wonderful place, a small but great hotel. The staff   especially Sara, Roberto and Ashraf were outstanding. Nothing was to much for them and the rooms and restaurants were very good. It will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Madrid.

Warm, inviting and personable service. Almost everything was perfect with one exception (hence the 4 stars).
It was not possible to order room service from the restaurant despite the menu stating that it was available. This was quite frustrating and I ended up ordering ubereats.
I recommend informing guests that the restaurant does not serve room service and also to change your room service menus as it’s quite misleading. I was very much looking forward to trying the restaurant from my room.

Such a lovely 5 star hotel in Madrid, we received a very warm welcome from Mr Fariz and his colleague
Mr Fariz recommended a restaurant nearby and that is absolutely our favorite, we go there 2 nights in a row
Such a memorable stay in beautiful Madrid.

The hotel is really nice. Boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are super chic and comfortable. The bathroom is amazing and the terrace is beautiful. The only thing I think needs some improvement is the day terrace service. At night JOSE ANGEL is there all by him self but he gets to do three men job all by himself. He is AMAZING!! But when his not there you can be waiting for the food or the check or something for ever. I had to stand up and look for someone many times. Another thing is that the key is a proper key. Should upgrade to a card because if there are two persons in the room is kind of complicated if one of them arrives late at night. Overall is a GREAT hotel.

Description

Location
The property is in the smart Salamanca neighbourhood, away from the main tourist areas. This is the best area in Madrid for shopping and there are lots of excellent restaurants in the adjoining streets – Calle General Pardiñas, one block away, is particularly good. The Prado museum is two miles away and it is two-and-a-half-miles to the Plaza Mayor. You can walk to Diego de León or Núñez de Balboa metro stations in six minutes and buses stop outside the hotel. This is the right side of the city for airport access, which takes 15-20 minutes by taxi without getting snarled up in the downtown traffic

Rooms
The 46 rooms and suites, some with terraces, are spacious and all slightly different. I stayed in room 34, on a corner, with olive green and gold hand-painted wallpaper, furniture upholstered in sumptuous Gaston y Daniela fabrics in ochre and moss tones, and a zig zag-pattern wooden floor. All the rooms are decorated with antiques and art from the owners’ collections, while a smart system means lights come on and go off automatically when you enter or leave the room (and you don’t have to worry about temperature control).

Marble bathrooms have hydromassage tubs and separate rain showers, a generous selection of Etro toiletries and a Black Mambo hairdryer. A sachet of mint massage gel for your feet is provided at turndown, which is a very welcome touch after a day traipsing around the city. All rooms have a coffee machine and a bluetooth speaker/clock device.

Food & drink
Heritage Madrid offers a careful collection of gastronomic experiences in which guests can taste both the authentic flavors of Spain and the rest of the world and all in an elegant and sophisticated environment
