Guesthouse Borealis

This little family run hotel has exceeded our expectations. Meticulously clean, our apartment offered plenty of space, all the kitchen amenities and a private sauna. Breakfast was fresh and generous (and catered for intolerances), staff - very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely satisfied with price/quality. Small cozy hotel nearby the train station. Well decorated inside with Northern views. Clean and functional, no smells. Very friendly and helpful staff, taking good care of the visitors comfort. Scandinavian style breakfast, special diet available on request.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, they speak English very well (they speak German too). They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, the breakfast is awesome, the rooms are quiet, clean and cleaned regularly, we got fresh towels regularly too. The bus/train station is like 3 minutes from there to Santa's village, the city center is 15 minutes by foot. I'd very much recommend this place and the next time I'm visiting Rovaniemi, I'll choose them again.

Absolutely wonderful. Customer service was kind and welcoming and bed was super good to sleep! Room was clean and nice, also the hole guesthouse decoration were really cool. It dont really give outside the welcoming feeling, but really cares about that? Breakfast was good. Coffee also. Strong like it should be.
