Yndo Hotel

We had the true pleasure of staying in this gorgeous hotel in November. Our room was so comfortable and well appointed that spending more time in the room would’ve been a pleasure. Agnes, Gregory and all the staff are top notch! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, very helpful and so welcoming. The food was fantastic! We were very happy to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, then explore the beautiful city. We enjoyed wonderful conversation in the beautiful lounge area or sitting in the cozy courtyard. It was private and quiet-the location was perfect for us and we would happily stay here again! Thank you SO much for making our first (but not last) trip to Bordeaux such a fabulous experience! This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Bordeaux. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with fun colors and accents. The service is top notch. Everyone at the hotel treats you as if you are the only guest there. The staff is friendly and helpful for booking restaurants and activities. Further, the restaurant on site makes a delicious breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bordeaux.

Excellent modern hotel. We liked the fresh concept. Staff were great always happy to help and advise. The rooms were neat, lots of fun touches and lovely décor overall. Views from the rooms were wonderful as well. The food was superb and the atmosphere very relaxed and jovial. We'll definitely be back soon I hope. Highly recommended.

What a treat to stay at the Yndo Hotel. The hotel was stunning. The architectural details of the old with the modern were thoughtful. The rooms were fantastic and the bedding made me want to sleep in for an extra hour! The hotel staff moved our car into the courtyard when we wanted to park on the street and charged us for it and there were a few customer service items that could have made the entire experience extraordinary. There is a difference between good customer service and a feeling of a true willingness to help. Saying that, the staff was warm and friendly.
