Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz, an IHG Hotel

Pros:
* Good sound isolation. I didn't hear noise from the hallway or the neightbour closing door
* Laminate floor
* Has all amenities. Including sandal and body lotion
* Spacious shower area and water doesn't splash out
* Friendly staff
Cons:
* Central a/c system. The cooling system works but still a bit too warm some time.
* Curtain doesn't block all the lights from outside. The a/c switch also emits light all the time.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Price to value is amazing it is within 5 minute walking distance of two U-bahn and S-bahn stations that take you directly to happening spots in the city. We also walked from the location to Checkpoint Charlie, which took us about 20 minutes. I recommend trying the breakfast as it is convenient and for us the price was acceptable. The hotel's room was super clean and very modern, looked like recently renovated. We will definitely try them again once we are back to this beautiful city.

Excellent hotel. We stayed as a family group (3 rooms) visiting the Berlin sights and Christmas markets over a long weekend. Location was perfect, being in a quiet area yet easy walking distance and metro links to the rest of the city. Superb breakfast, spotlessly clean and every single member of staff we spoke to was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Great rooms, nice and clean. The rooms have an iron and a kettle.
Location is great! Nearby Lidl within a few minutes walking
Things to improve:
- The shower door doesn't completely seal, which results in the bathroom flooding
- The TV is pretty much unusable, not sure what's wrong with it but it extremely slow. We couldn't connect via an HDMI as the TV wasn't able to keep up with the audio.
