Hyatt Regency Manchester

Excellent business hotel. Clean, modern and good food. Only thing stopping it from getting 5 stars is not having it's own car park. You can park in the Uni of Manchester car park which is right behind the hotel, literally a 1min walk. The car park isn't bad, fairly clean and safe but the icing on the cake would have been a dedicated in-house car park

Lovely hotel, modern throughout and the staff are amazing, we were placed in the hotel by our airline after a cancelled flight, with 2 grumpy adults and 2 unhappy kids we found the hotel to be very sympathetic and couldnt do enough to help. Food was fantastic too with extra measures to cater for our babies milk allergies, not a bad word to say here from us, the airline will not be so lucky though!

Fresh and clean hotel. Checked in after a long day driving. From 7 PM our room sounded like we were in a nighclub. Went down to reception as phone was unattended. Explained the noise and asked if there was a club in the building. Reception said it was a wedding and the noise should stop at midnight. I am paying good money for a hotel room to sleep in which is now null and void. The resolution: I was told that if I was not  happy then to leave a review. Terrible experience and customer service all round. Will not be coming back and I do not recommend.

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed and good Pillows (which is rare for a hotel). Nice food and cocktail menu and good range of buffet for breakfast. Unfortunately it has no parking and the closest parking isn't very close, plus there is no drop off bay by the hotel because its designated taxi only, and that just seems really poor!
