“Just one more waffer thin mint”
Stunning hotel, fantastic location and lovely people, but be warned: they ply you with so much food it’s like an assassination attempt...Highly recommended for those with a healthy appetite and a strong constitution

Business and pleasure trip
Perfection! Service, atmosphere, rooms, amenities, location...we loved everything at The Dylan! Had to move hotels for business purpose to The Amstel Intercontinental and it doesn't even begin to compare to our experience at The Dylan. It will be the only place we stay and recommend in Amsterdam

Relaxed and lovely stay
A beautiful Boutique Hotel, were we enjoyed 2 nights.
Amazing breakfast, enjoyed in bed the first day, and at the restaurant the second day. Both days the quality of the food were excellent, coffee very good and a delicious fresh orange juice. Very good selection. Well worth the money.
Our superior double room was nice, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you could need. The lighting in the bathroom was unfortunately very dark, which made it almost impossible to put make up on. But the bathroom was big, and had a very good shower.
The staff was very polite, welcoming and always did their best to meet our needs.
The Air Condition in our room was vey noisy the first night, and this was taken care of the second I made them aware of it. We even received 2 complimentary drinks at Occo bar, which was very much apreciated on our part.
Occo bar had a nice and relaxed atmosphere, was very nicely decorated, and had both high chairs and lounge chairs. An excellent bar menu, with very nice snacks, and excellent wines, drinks and cocktails.
We will be back for sure.

Excellent hotel. central location and extraordinary service.
We received a warm welcome when we arrived, continuously high level of service and greetings during our stay. The staff and the hotel was great, they made you feel like home and delivered high service all though the stay.
The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we´ve ever had, so nice and fresh. Also enjoyed a very delicious dinner our first night which was a 10/10, perfectly cooked chicken with chanterelles. Walking distance to most city attractions, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. You will regret not staying here!!

A hotel perfectly located to be introduced to Amsterdam
I stayed two days in the hotel. Main strengths are
- its location in the middle of the nine streets, really in the center of the city
- the service quality delivered by a personal looking to satisfy clients and to provide all types of support.
- room confort and decoration.

The hotel propose a bike rental service. It is better to book in advance.
I have one regret: I was not able to go to the gastronomic restaurant. Here also it is required to book in advance.

Visiting Family
The Dylan Amsterdam Hotel gets 10 out 10 or 100 out 100 or whatever measure one chooses. When we arrived there was a couple checking in ahead of us. Instead of us waiting there they guided us to a gorgeous room with a fire with cappuccinos to wait. This sets one's expectations high. But our room was even nicer. But the nicest part was the staff. Maybe the best hotel we have stayed at.

Excellent place to stay
I have stayed at the Dylan twice and loved it each time. It is the heart of the Nine Streets area. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. We had a room with a wonderful canal view. The service was great and the restaurant was fantastic. The courtyard was very nice to enjoy an afternoon drink and snack. The concierge was helpful in recommending restaurants - there are many within walking distance that are excellent. Overall, we had a great experience there.

I have stayed at the Dylan's for many times during the last couple of years. This time, I was on a two-week business trip and stayed at the Dylan twice. First when I flew in and then after a trip from SF to LA. The Dylan kept my luggage while I was gone and when I arrived back from LAX, it almost felt like coming home. The friendly staff, free coffee and water dispenser, good Wifi and the nice design of the down-to-earth hotel really make you feel welcome and comfortable. You can feel that the people here care and try to make the most out of this little hotel - you get more than you could expect here. Also, it's super close to the airport and I usually walk over the street to Peter's cafe for beakfast, which is awesome. You can also walk conveniently to the BART and Caltrain station and go to the city. Finally, a couple of ok restaurants are in walking distance, as well as a little mall. Special praise to Anna P at the reception, who was very friendly and helpful.
I will surely be back

We stayed at DylanSFO for 3 nights in September 2021. The hotel is small, cozy, and very clean. Although it is close to the Millbrae Station our room was pretty quiet, except for one night the commotion next door woke us up. The checkin was easy, Anna answered our questions, she’s there to greet us every morning and upon return. I asked her if she lived there since she’s seems to be there all the tome. She made our stay pleasant. We highly recommend DylanSFO. And when you see Anna please say Hi

While the Dylan is not cheap, I found it a good place to stay. The place is a very short ride from SFO on either the SamTrans bus or BART. (It would be foolish to take a taxi or Uber.)

I was able to check in early in the afternoon, which I definitely appreciated. The room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. It had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with high quality toiletries. The lobby and the rooms are nicely decorated in an eclectic way.

Probably the best thing about the Dylan is its location. It's just steps from Milbrae station, from which you can get CalTrain or BART into the city (CalTrain is the better deal) or buses around the south suburbs. There are numerous stores and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood mostly seems safe and clean. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely stay at the Dylan again.
