Hotel Europe Zurich

Classy hotel with a great breakfast and excellent location. We stayed in a small room on the 5th floor - there is a small elevator for use. The only disappointment was no coffee or tea machine available in the room - you’re dependent on the restaurants open hours for that if needed. Front desk and cleaning staff were wonderful.

A charming Hotel located just a block away from the Lake. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful couldn't have asked more from them. We  needed to find a site for a Covid-19 test and they directed us to site just minutes away! The food is very good here with enough choices to find something interesting. Old town is very close buy if you are looking for something to buy and with the directions from the Hotel Staff is was easy to find. We are very happy to have stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Charming rooms, perfectly located, wonderful staff — at Hotel Europe, you are so much more than a room number; you are a treasured guest. Mr and Mrs Kramer bring a sense of family and personal care to the hotel, which they impart onto their lovely staff, each of whom never fails to greet you with a warm smile and happily assist with whatever request you may have. The hotel is the pinnacle of central location, with the Zurich Opernhaus, the lake, and train station a mere stone’s throw away. Each room as its own personality and flair, and the recently renovated restaurant is styled with a wink of Wes Anderson. You can even sometimes catch live music at the bar! A hotel that has my heart!

It is super close to the lake and opera house. Also public transportation is in five minute to reach. The service is pretty friendly. The room is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast however, is rather lake of chooses. The juice is not filled again after it runs out. Other than the breakfast everything is fine.
