Hotel Milani

This hotel is in a really good location (right next to Termini station), with easy access to Rome's metro system.
However it's in need of an update as the rooms are very dated. Our room had paint peeling from the wall, the air conditioning didn't work, the mattress and pillows were very lumpy, and the shower seemed to flick between hot and cold when having a shower.
If you're looking for a budget hotel that's near the station, this is it, but don't choose this hotel if you're wanting something fancier.

Overall it's a good hotel. The breakfast was a little limited, but they are serving nice coffee and Capucccino. Location is very good, 5 mins away from Roma Termini (train station). The heating in the bathroom is not working properly, so the temperature is very high and we had troubles at night time.
The cleaning service is very good and we are pleased with it. We had a room facing the back side of the building, so we could not see a lot.
In general If you are not looking for a posh hotel coming on average price range, then it's an excellent choice for your vacation.

Location is perfect, very close to termini station and to main city attractions (all in less than 30 minutes walking distance)
Breakfast is okay
The only thing that could be improved is rooms, they are a bit old and could be refurbished. But, for money we have paid it is perfect value for money.
As a bonus, there are lots of very good Restaurants in 2 min walking distance!

The heating was't working properly in the room and there was no heating at all in the bathroom. There was no carpet on the floor nothing only concrete! That was really bad.
The picture of the room what I booked on booking.com wasn't the room what I got. It was a much worse and uglier room. It was a disappointment.
The location is really good and the room was clean at least.
