Resitur

A comfortable room with the basics with what one would need. Just at the left of the entrance of Resitur you would find a big Mercadona from where you can get all the groceries etc that you would need to have. Overall I am happy with my stay in Resitur.

It's an excellent holiday flat in Seville. It's a studio flat with all conveniences provided. Fully furnished kitchen, clean bathroom and toilet with bide. White dining table with matching white chair and two sofas for relaxation. Fridge available to store perishable foods. The apartment also has a supermarket next to it, so you need not walk far before getting your groceries. Closest Metro station is Plaza de cuba and is about 2 to 3minutes walk to the apartment.

Old and tired building, but clean and comfy rooms. Staff at the reception desk speaks english, does work fast and helps if you ask for something. Location is really good,  just in the city center close to old town and in front of metro stop. Price very affordable for Seville.

Price about 50e per night, kitchen equipped to get by, they leave coffees and some spices, incredible views on the seventh floor, not very clean, something old in general full of broken things because it lacks maintenance and an incredibly comfortable bed. You have the whole center next to you from the Triana bridge, a Mercarroña next door for shopping and although it may not seem like it, the area is silent. They offered us a cot for the girl too, a detail that is appreciated.
