GLO Hotel Art

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Finland, and had other cities to visit before coming back to Helsinki for our flight home. We didn’t book a hotel for our last end of the trip because we figured we’d look around the city during our first visit, and maybe try another place. We loved this hotel so much that we decided to stay here again.
The rooms are very nice and modern, and the main areas of the hotel look like an old castle. We stayed in December and a few weeks later in January, and the art had already changed, so that was fun too! Every staff member we talked to was very nice and welcoming, early morning, daytime, and late night! They were the one of the main reasons we chose to stay here again. The breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed the variety! Finally, it’s in a very convenient location that is walking distance  to many things, and close to public transportation stops to get to things that aren’t so close.
If we ever visit Helsinki again, we definitely know where we want to stay!

Beautiful architecture. It's like of like a maze to navigate around th building, and the parking garage requires above average skill, but the place is so nice, i won't even count that against the rating. Will stay here again and spend more time enjoying the area.

One of the best hotels across Finland. We have tried 5 hotels of different budget across Finland and this is the best out of them. The staff is super courteous and super super helpful. They always go one step beyond to make your life easier. Special Thanks to Moona and Jullia and to the one who wears spects.
Few examples:
1) Since the load was less, they gave us early checkin unlike Santas Igloo Hotel who intentionally made us wait despite availability.
2) One of the staff even delivered food from the delivery services to our room whereby she was not even supposed to do that.
3) We needed directions to a certain place, and staff marked it on map with different colors and written instructions, made it simpler than google maps.
One thing that can be improved is Vegeterian options at breakfast should not be the same everyday.
Overall excellent place to stay.

Check in went smoothly. The receptionist was exceptionally accomodating and knows her job very well. Her friendly attitude made my stay incredibly comfortable and stressfree. The location is very central, between harbour and Esplanade( main posh shopping street ). Restaurants are just few steps away from the hotel. Room was clean,breakfast was sufficient ( warm and cold dishes, salads), and my coffee was great.
