Best location, great hotel, fantastic stay
We stayed in the Vanita suite and it was wonderful. The bath was heaven and the bed really comfortable. The location on the Piazza Navona makes it a really special place. Avoid the cafes on the Piazza - they’re awful and very expensive, just tourist traps. The hotel gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations, all within a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. I had hurt my back before arriving in Rome and the staff found me a really good physiotherapist, not far from the hotel. They also recommended a gym. The breakfast was great - lots of healthy options and my partner lived the pancakes. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with extraordinary service and Location
Everything at the hotel was excellent. They need to work on housekeeping a little more. They try doing things very fast and don't clean properly. The staff was always friendly and very professional. The location is the best. I think they need to work on housekeeping, the hotel needs a gym and a swimming pool. Breakfast is only served until 10:30AM. They should consider extending the time to be at least until 11AM. More water needed in the rooms.

Fantastic rooms, location, view and service
This is the best hotel I have stayed in Rome. Located above the magnificent Piazza Navona, with great views to it, just 500 meters away from the most important monuments of the city and surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants and bars, this unique hotel provides high quality luxurious accommodation in very well equipped and decorated rooms. They serve a very good and freshly cooked breakfast and the personnel is really helpful, friendly and always ready to serve. I will certainly come back again.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!
Absolutely stunning small boutique hotel. Immaculately decorated, maintained and clean.

The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - they really made our stay. They even gave me a birthday cake! (I was lucky enough to be taken there fore my 50th birthday weekend by my wonderful girlfriend!).

It is ideally located in the old part of Rome, so access to all the sights from there is easily within walking distance. The view out of our room over the square was stunning. The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular.
If you want to stay away from a busy hotel full of other tourists, or you want to spoil yourself rotten, you need to stay here.

The breakfast is exquisite......

The weekend there is one for the memory bank that's for sure. What a place!

Just WOW....
My partner and I stayed in the Tempesta Suite for a long weekend to celebrate his 50th birthday. The suite was stunningly decorated with outstanding attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for the amazing staff who were so welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was outstanding and served in our room overlooking Piazza Navona.
We would highly recommend this fabulous boutique hotel. Nothing is too far away, we walked everywhere so no need for public transport.

Our lovely flight stewardess recommended some restaurants for pizza and gelato and I would highly recommend going off the main routes and find a smaller place to eat at cheaper prices and a real Italian flavour.

We can't wait to return to stay in one of the other fabulous suites. Hopefully it won't be too long! .....

Thank you all of you for a truly memorable stay.

The best address and view in Rome
This is an exceptional, quite small boutique hotel. The room we stayed in was of course gorgeous but, after the staff let us see another suite, that doesn't surprise me. This is, in my opinion, the best view in Rome. We had the Cappuccino suite that had a balcony and that's what really made this place special. Piazza Navona is beautiful and that balcony makes you feel like you're in the square but not at the same time (if that makes sense). The location, if you're unfamiliar with Rome, is also exceptional. It was just a 5-10 minute walk to my favorite building the Pantheon. Even though I'm sure all the suites are very nice I would have to recommend the Cappuccino because of the aforementioned view. The staff was very helpful and recommended a fantastic restaurant to us. They are all polite and there when you need them. I think this is the best address to stay at in Rome (and this was our third visit to this wonderful city) and I would book the same exact room without hesitation again and can only advise you to do the same.

Excellent boutique hotel
The staff at this hotel is exceptional! Helps with every problem and answers by email within a very short period of time, (sometimes minutes!). One suitcase did not arrive and the hotel staff was in contact with the airline company until it reached the hotel. The food is excellent and is served according to menu and personal order (types of eggs, including Benedict, French toast, pancakes and more). The view from our room to Navona Square and the the famous fountain was great :)
Because the hotel is in an old building in the historic part of the city then the lobby is very small, but that's the only disadvantage we found :)
In conclusion, it is an excellent hotel for couples who want to enjoy a small and very intimate hotel and a very personal approach. highly recommend!

Welcoming and inviting place to stay with beautiful views
Lifestyle Suites Rome was such a lovely place to stay when in Rome. The reception staff were so friendly and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time with them.
The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and decorated with beauty.
The beds were very comfortable, even the fold out bed was lovely!
Great air conditioning and the bathroom was generous in size.
The lighting is a bit dim but the view from the terrace made up for that.
The terraced housed the morning breakfast which was so very delicious, pastries, cheeses, breads, croissants and fruits to name a few. The expression was divine. The view from the terrace was unbelievable.
I would recommend Lifestyle Suites to anyone keen on central based accommodation with a family feel.

Perfect stay in Life Style Suites Rome
A fantastic hotel at a perfect location, right at the Piazza Navona. We enjoyed watching everything happening at the Piazza Navona from our room.
The rooms were beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Catalina who even gave us a small bottle of the home made fragrence used in the hotel rooms, which we liked so much.
All of the staff gave us great advice about which places to visit and which restaurants to eat.

The breakfast in the hotel was delicious with fresh home-made products. We even got delightful sandwiches in our room after we came back from exploring Rome.

If you will ever visit Rome, I would advice staying in the Lifestyle Rome Suites Rome! There isn’t a better hotel in Rome to stay in.
Don’t forget to visit the terrace on the fifth floor and drink a nice cup of coffee in the Italian sun.

Overall: excellent hotel, superb staff and we had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend!

Large room, good location, beautiful rooftop, nice bell boys, kind reception, Many things are excellent comparing to price, I can recommend this hotel. But one woman (little bit older than others) in reception was rude. She will make me hesitate to choose this hotel when I visit Rome again.

Location is amazing and the view is unbelievable.
It was my wife birthday and each member of the staff were congratulating her.

I’ve stayed dozens of hotels across Europe over the last decade, but never once felt compelled to write a review let alone the desire to revisit a hotel. Lifestyle suites in piazza navona has finally changed that. The  beautiful rooms, jaw dropping views and perfect location were nothing compared to the level of service we received here. During our week I planned to propose to my girlfriend and made numerous, and often strange requests of the staff. They helped me with every detail of our trip with amazingly kind generosity.

What an amazing hotel!
The staff and rooms are lovely with a perfect location right on Plaza Novana.
As a major plus the breakfasts are the best we have ever had and we have stayed in some luxurious hotels over the years.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel! The staff is very attentive and will do what's required to make you comfortable. For example, the AC was turned off as it was off season; however, our rooms felt a bit warm/stuffy at night. We asked if there was anything they could do and they had the AC turned on before we even made it back to our room. Additionally, they have you fill out a preference sheet prior to check-in and they were sure to pay attention to those details (for example, how many pillows you like, what type of pillow, turn down service details, etc.). We upgraded for Piazza Navona views. The views were STUNNING. I loved waking up and looking right out over the piazza. The only thing to note is that the piazza is very popular/busy, especially on the weekends, so on Saturday night there were people out there making noise well into the morning hours (3-4am). If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Another thing to note is that some rooms, despite being in the same category/price, are notably more spacious than others. Request a corner room (door opening in north/south directions versus east/west directions), as able, as that room had significantly more space in both the living/sleeping area and in the bathroom. Their airport/train station transfers are reasonably priced, and less expensive than Uber, which was a bit of a surprise compared to other hotels in Europe. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Description

Location
Lifestyle Suites is located in the heart of Rome, at number 93 of Piazza Navona, overlooking the Fountain of the Four Rivers and St. Agnes in Agony.

Called the Baroque Square of Rome, Piazza Navona has, on the other hand, more ancient origins. Inside the Parione neighborhood, Piazza Navona takes its name from the term Agone, meaning race or battle in greek and used to indicate public demonstrations of games.

Until the middle of the fifteenth century, it was possible to see the remains of the stadium overgrown with weeds, but by the mid-seventeenth century, with the renovations ordered by Pope Innocent X, the square only kept his old perimeter while the appearance was drastically changed. Nowadays, among the buildings built by the hand of Pope Innocent X, we can find included Pamphili Palace, location of the Brazil’s Embassy, and the Church of Sant'Agnese in Agone, whose construction is due to Borromini.

Rooms
Spread over two floors, each of the eight suites has its own very striking look: from royal blue Nuvola with its Watteau-style velvet-covered swing (yes, you can swing on it); to sky-blue Oggetti with its hammock; the black reflecting walls in imposing Salotto 93; and the twinkling Swarovski crystal prisms hanging from the ceiling of gold-themed Fantasia. Ranging in size from 38 to a whopping 60 square metres, each suite has large dressing/wardrobe areas, a dazzling array of domotics (that’s switches and controls to us laymen), and luxe bathrooms – each with its own ‘wellness’ attributes. Large windows in seven suites open directly on to Piazza Navona… which makes the tiny courtyard outside the eighth room – the optimistically-named Fantasia – seem all the darker and less alluring.

Food & drink
Intriguing snacks and drinks appear in the central reception room at all hours and in bedrooms in the evening, beautifully prepared and ever-changing. Breakfast is served in the reception or in bedrooms on request; the buffet choice is extensive, a cook is on hand to whip up egg dishes, and anything requested in pre-stay contact with the hotel will be laid on too.
