Hotel Unicus Palace

We have stayed in this hotel every year for past three or four years. We are now recognised by majority of staff in the reception and by cleaners also. As always it was lovely stay. Their SPA area is very relaxing and location is great. Staff is helpful and friendly usually, however in this occasion we met "grumpy" staff in the restaurant/bar next to hotel. One regret this year their roof bar wasn't open to enjoy the drink with the view over old town.

We have just returned from a Christmas Market trip to Krakow to spend precious time with our son and his partner who are moving to Australia in the new year. We had the most amazing time at the Unicus Palace Hotel. From a Covid-19 perspective we all felt very safe and confident in the policies and procedures the hotel had put in place. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel on two previous occasions and booked for this special trip because of our previous experience. This trip did not disappoint. The staff hotel and restaurant were terrific! Friendly efficient and helpful. The rooms were just perfect, food and drink the best we have had in ages. The spa was very relaxing just what we needed after a very early start from home (01:30am Friday 3rd Dec 21) The Hotel is in an excellent location for ease of access from the airport and the attractions of the old town. This hotel is strategically located in the middle of Krakow center. Close to multiple shops and a galleria if you want the mall experience. It was easy to check in and out of the hotel and the customer service was very professional.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The entire complement of staff are diligent, professional, warm, and accommodating. The accommodation itself is elegant, comfortable, with extremely generous sized rooms, spa, gym, and restaurants.
