Park Plaza London Riverbank

Great hotel. The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was decent with a great selection. The location is great with fantastic views and lots near by. All in all a good place to stay.

Simply fantastic! Lovely hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quirky (control panel to open and close the curtains automatically, set mood lighting, etc) and the view....well, the best!!
Staff were very professional, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced too.

It's a great hotel with an amazing view and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with a Nespresso coffee machine. That's a big plus for us as we are big coffee lovers! There is a late checkout option too. The breakfast buffet is great. We also loved the hotel restaurant Chino Latino. The spa is small but only 12 people can book at a time, so it isn't overly crowded. It seems to be a highly popular hotel amongst families with children, so, if you're expecting a quiet spa time, that's unlikely to happen. We went mainly for the view and great food, so we weren't bothered by the noise in the spa - I am just flagging it for those who might find it irritating. The only con was that our room was quite cold. We turned the ac on the maximum hot option and it was still blowing cold air.

I've been staying here regularly for 5+ years and the quality of service has remained consistent. Having just stayed here for the first time since the pandemic, I'm pleased to stay the quality has remained.
Comfy rooms and bed, good WiFi, and great breakfast choices.
If you're a runner, there is a great 2.5 mile loop on the doorstep that follows the Thames up to the London Eye and back!
