Such a amazing hotel!! In love with every single detail! We go for high tea and it was a royal experience! The service was a 10, food was amazing! Thank you for everything. My friends and i felt really special on my birthday.

Amazing experience from the doorman to the rooms. The doorman remembered the name of the kids even after a few days. The breakfast staff remembered our preferences as well. Breakfast is excellent! Delicious food, the most fluffy pancakes, great variety, fresh food! Dinner was great, very impressed with the staff again! They would do their best to accommodate our requests. The rooms are spacious, nice view. The spa is another great advantage. You can decide on the spot with the therapist what it’s best for you. The products used leave your skin soft for days. All in all, excellent experience!

This hotel has five stars and after our stay, it is unclear why. The location of course plays a huge role in this rating, but besides the location, nothing about the hotel is ‘great’, just ‘okay’. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone considering the price and what you get.
- The service is fine but certainly not exceptional. They are friendly but it was obvious almost all of the staff were not highly trained, as one would expect from a hotel like this. They must have fired a lot of people due to corona and later had to hire back newer less experienced (and cheaper) staff.
- There seems to be too much traffic to handle for the staff sometimes, which leads to mistakes and disappointing communication. You have to chase after stuff yourself if you want an answer.
- The rooms are fine and mostly clean (although there was thick dust layer on the vases on top of a closet).
- The food (dinner) is nothing special. Also, I ordered a main dish that noted that the fish would be served with some type of pasta. When the dish arrived, they had substituted it for a potato, without letting me know. This is just bad. And furthermore, the choice in wines is very disappointing.
- Breakfast was good, although not five star quality. There is no chef making anything or taking requests. But the products available are good quality.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area - lots of bars shops and restaurants right outside the front door.  Rooms are exceptionally comfortable.  The property oozes sophistication but fun charm. Staff could not have been more helpful or polite - highly recommend.
