Very comfortable rooms and staff. Went their for business. Front office is really prompt. I loved their lobby area, and the new restaurant Blue Blood is just smack!! Loved their sea food collections, Japanese cuisine especially lobster dishes were great! I was their first customer on a Monday evening when they reopened, ended up going 5 times with getting all Guests to try the blue ambience n food. All my guests were pleased with it.

Highly recommended. The bathroom is big and nice. Above average hotel experience. They even set up our room with balloons for my son's birthday... With birthday card, and macaroons. Very warm and friendly staff. Notably their breakfast crew "sibling from another mother" Arlene and Putu  was a delight to talk to.

Stayed here for 2 nights as the location is perfect for a quick skip into the city centre. Booked the executive room with lounge access. The room was medium sized with both bath and shower. The hotel also kindly honoured the request for the baby cot in the room on arrival. The room was very hot despite having the AC on lowest it would go and the window for the cold wind to enter. We called for maintenance and they said they would adjust from central location. It went a little cooler but not to our normal temp. The check in process was quick and efficient. You can either use valet or park yourself in the garage next door, either way it's the same price. Entering the hotel via the garage using the key card doesn't work and the hotel only answer the intercom when they aren't serving on the desk. So I was stuck in the garage until the valet driver kindly let me in via his door. The lounge was surprisingly only open from 4pm till 10pm with only drinks available. Its a shame its not 24h as it doesnt need to be manned 24hrs as there is no food in there anyway. The breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and there is a great selection of items. I would stay here again but I would be a bit more persistent with the AC being fixed earlier in the day next time. I'd also like to see the lounge open longer hours as after all we are paying for the privilege of using it.

A very pleasant but an inconsistent stay at this hotel. The only reason I am awarding 3 stars is because their Housekeeping was nonexistent not once but twice during our stay. Our room would be missed completely or partially serviced, despite clearly leaving a service card on our door. I would be okay with this if Hilton lowered its prices but you are paying a premium to stay here and with this level of service is not worth it. You shouldn't have to chase up guest services on your holiday! Apart from this the room was very comfortable (albeit dark as it was a courtyard room), breakfast was superb, staff were excellent and the location was great for exploring. This was our 2nd stay at a Hilton property in the EU on this trip and the lack of housekeeping/cleaning seems to be a recurring theme at all of them. I get it, hotels are short staffed from the pandemic, but that's really no excuse. Either drop the prices or provide the top level of service that is synonymous with Hilton.
