Park House Hotel Galway

A wonderful and professional, welcoming staff. A lovely tea/coffee and cake is offered on arrival. We have traveled extensively and this is one of the best, most welcoming hotels we have ever experienced. No guest request is too much. The restaurant and bar are definitely top-notch, both in quality of food and value for money. We spent an absolutely wonderful night dancing to a great band (where can you find that nowadays?) in the bar. Would positively recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous food. The staff are so very kind, attentive, helpful, they really are the greatest asset. Everyone who took care of us last night did so with good humour, efficiency, skill and kindness. The food was really delicious, enjoyed every morsel. But the staff were outstanding, you feel so 'taken care of', and we had the best night. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 6 nights. We loved how spacious our room was and the windows blocked out practically all sound from the street. The staff was kind and helpful, we found the hostess at breakfast ( I never caught her name) especially nice. She remembered us and always tried to seat us at the same table. What other reviewers have said about this place being for an older crowd is somewhat true, which is partly why I chose this place, and I'm glad I did. We would return if we are ever in Galway again.

A wonderfully run establishment, first class in every way. We loved our room, which was well designed, exceedingly comfortable, gave us a "warm" feel and was well decorated. We are not big "in house" diners anywhere we go, but breakfast was quite good and the room was charming. Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Galway was just a one day stop for us, but we could have been comfortable with you for much longer.
