Rooms need renovation and serious planning. A lot of useless, very visibly cheap furniture, damaged wallpaper in the lux-class rooms. I perfectly heard what my neighbours did behind the wall and again, these were the most expensive rooms. The hotel management needs to reconsider seriously the standards.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. And these are not strained smiles, but sincere joy when meeting guests. Breakfasts for every taste. Nobody will be left hungry. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. This service is included in the room price.

I'll start with the cons. Staff, everything is not very good here. They don't say about the sauna and what it is included in the price, Coffee is not prepared for breakfast, the barista works from 12 o'clock. Omelet and porridge are cooked, but they don't talk about how to order them. Personal story. We ordered a suite. In fact, they said that the booking through the bueing was wrong and there was a mistake in the price, instead they gave a room in the attic instead of the ordered suite. They did not tell about the number, it was more like: "take what they give", although it is also not cheap. When I was asking about the sauna, the staff answered the phone sharply and in monosyllables, they hung up. In fact, it is generally in another place, and they are taken there for free, but there was no desire to go, usually in expensive hotels everything is in place. The bed is hard, the pillow is uncomfortable. Then on departure they said that the pillow can be replaced. The hair dryer is of poor quality, the flow is very weak, the hair has been drying for a very long time. It was subjectively cool in the attic room. Perhaps only in our room. There was a bedside table with a sharp metal corner at the entrance to the bathroom, which is easy to scratch, which I did at night. The room is big. The decoration of the rooms is pleasant, there is everything you need, even a mini kitchen. The halls are beautifully decorated. The cuisine in the restaurant is excellent. quite expensive but consistent with the quality and presentation. Breakfast is a small selection, but everything is delicious on the table. Hotel in the very center of the city.

The prices are comparatively high. But it is clear what you pay for: daily room cleaning, comfort, excellent breakfasts, and also in the city center. By the way, this is a real apart-hotel: a zoned room, even with a mini-kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven), replenished supplies of small things such as coffee, water, shampoos, gels). They even helped to find a guide at the reception!
