Small hotel located in the perfect spot. Right in the middle of everything you could ask of Bordeaux. Located just off of the main shopping street in the whole city, it's tucked away just enough. Hotel is clean! Nicely decorated and spacious common area. We didn't do the breakfast (too many options elsewhere) but it's only €15/person. The room itself is small but has everything needed for a one night stay. Room was very clean and well priced.

Great location, just off the Rue Saint-Catherine (main shopping street) and in the heart of Bordeaux. It’s close to everything we did, very walkable but also close to tramways as well. It was a nice hotel the staff was friendly and helpful, they give you a map of the city and suggestions if needed. The beds were comfortable, pillows meh.. okay. Room was clean and the shower pressure was good. There was a little mold above the shower head that looked like it may have been painted over that should probably be addressed. Overall would stay again if short time and needing a budget stay.

Great location and staff super friendly. Over delivered vs what we expected. Decor is up to date and rooms are super spacious. Walls are a bit thin but luckily next door only kept us up for 6-8minute spells each night! Great value and bathroom and Toilet all really clean.

Location great. Situated in the heart of the city. Rooms clean. 24/7 open reception. We had a major issue during our stay. On the Sunday morning when we woke there was no hot water. I reported this at 1030am and they assured me within 10 minutes we would have hot water. We did not. We showered in cold water and hoped it would be rectified later when we got back from a day of sightseeing, before we left for the day we mentioned it again at the reception. We arrived back around 5/6pm to find there was still no hot water and when mentioned to the lady on the desk she looked surprised and questioned "you had no hot water" at this time lots of guests were checking in. The lady on reception gave us another key to another room to see if that room had hot water. It did not. Another cold shower on Sunday evening. Monday morning came and I called down to ask if a plumber had been to see to the hot water. I was told to leave it 30 minutes and the hot water would be sorted. After 30 minutes I then had another cold shower only this time there was also very little pressure by the time it come to brushing our teeth there was no water at all! Luckily we had bottled water. During this time there was no communication from staff and only answers or should I say "fob offs" when you called reception or went down in person. Upon checking out we were told Sunday was a public holiday and nobody would have come to sort the problem. My concerns were they will still allowing people to check in knowing they had this issue and running a kitchen serving food with no hot water! To note we were compensated with a small refund but we would have much preferred hot running water.
