Radisson Blu Hotel, Gdansk

Big, clean room with nice bathroom. Amazing location. Even they were fully booked and check in was at 3pm, they stored our luggage and managed to check us in 1,5h earlier. Bed supposed to be a double bed. Instead it was two single beds joint together with two small blankets. Couldn't find a way to go there by car. No driving zones all around, all roads with sings banning car traffic. Might consider going there by taxi as they are exempt from traffic ban.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and generous with their help (they all spoke many languages including English unlike the review from 4 months ago). The rooms are modern and have USB power so no need for adaptors. The bathrooms are well equipped with luxury soaps and shampoos. Pool table in the bar and good break out areas to work or study. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great place to stay in central old town Gdansk.

The hotel is nice and the location is great but there were some issues. A large part of the hotel staff do not speak English and it is difficult to reach an understanding. We asked them to make a birthday surprise with a cake and a plate of fruit in the evening at the end they brought in the morning we asked a maid to bring it to the room she agreed, in the end she did not. And they brought a bowl with uncut fruit really not pretty. We made an appointment for a spa from 20 in the evening because we were told we could stay as long as we actually wanted and we were evicted within an hour and we did not have time to enjoy. The air conditioning in the room was not active and it was cold at the reception send an employee he said the window was just open and the air conditioning was working and gone. The air conditioning was closed and we found a way to light it ourselves. We sent 2 washes we were not told what the price was, it cost 600 zlotys which is very expensive !! Price of 2 nights in a hotel !! Parking in the place is very small and also very expensive. Breakfast is not interesting and repetitive.

Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay. The place was central, the room had good size and was tidy. + for very good hairdryer! But the best with the staying was definitely the great staff that worked there. Super friendly and serviceminded! My compliments goes especially to Tomek who took service to another level and helped out when I lost my phone. I really appreciate your service!
