Prizeotel Bern-City

Location is excellent, close to the old town, unfortunately no restaurant here, staff was nice, especially during breakfast. Breakfast worth the money, nice selection. The designer needs to stop designing interiors on LSD as you won't need lights on, the yellow colour everywhere. Is bright.

We had such a nice stay at the Prizeotel. The staff was amazing, the room was great and the rooftop bar too. The lady at check in was very very nice, and she paid attention to every little detail to make our stay great.

Though we only stayed one night, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located relatively close to both the city center and the highway, making it an ideal location for a one night stop. Staff was friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant for the night. Finally, the breakfast was nice (though also a bit expensive).

Not quite sure how this is a 2 star hotel! It’s impeccable - clean, modern, great service, really leaves you wanting for nothing else. I also appreciated that they ask you on checkin if you’d like cleaning services for the duration of your stay, and if you skip it, you get a free drink token for their bar per night you spent. And they do insist you use them if you are feeling uninspired by the time you leave!
The fantastic is also great - take a stroll by the Rosengarten which is just on the corner and leads into beautiful views of Bern, there’s a big Coop nearby and the 10 bus takes you right to the central station. Bet the rooms with views would be worthwhile!
