The main advantage of this hotel is its location in the very center of the city + an inexpensive cafe nearby in a nearby business center + a shopping center and the Nemiga metro station and a beautiful park nearby.
The rooms are clean with fairly fresh furniture (the furniture looked worse in the photo)) and 16m2 is enough.
On the spot I asked for a room higher and with a view of the park, they gave such a room without any problems.
There is a mini fridge.
The bed and pillows are quite comfortable.
Cleaned up every day. Everything is clear.
If compared with a similar hotel in St. Petersburg (Russia), then Yubileinaya will be even more pleasant.
Of the minuses:
1. You can eat breakfast, but everything is the same and there is little choice. From a business point of view, I understand this. there were very few visitors (after the New Year holidays on January 10-12) if you are too lazy to go to a cafe in another building, then you can have breakfast here.
2. It is clear that it is warm in Minsk most of the time, but these days it was cold outside and it was also fresh in the room. siphon between the window sill and the window, hello to the window installers who did not make this knot according to the technology, they stupidly did not foam and now all the guests have the problem of a blowing window. But there was also a positive moment in this, the champagne cooled well)) and, most likely, the air conditioner could be heated, but I did not turn it on.
3. Tired shower, but not critical.
In general, a good hotel for adequate money, you can stay.
