Holiday Inn Vienna City, an IHG Hotel

5/5 experience, will book again.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was super friendly. We arrived earlier than the supposed check-in time and we still got our room right away as we had wished. Our room was very clean, had a nice view from our windows, beds were great and the cleaning services worked very well. The breakfast was versatile and all in all very good. Pretty sure we will book this hotel again if visiting Wien.

Liked - i loved everything about the hotel. the reception staff were amazing.
Disliked - i didn’t like the restaurant in the evening as it was only one waiter serving and he was panicking and there were only three tables. he made a scene as he was about to faint. we felt awkward because when we asked for ketchup he made it seem like its a big deal.
in the morning for breakfast there were 4-5 waiters and the service was amazing, the food was delicious.

Liked - The hotel, the service, the breakfast, the staff and everything else was excellent. I give all the possible points for the fantastic experience I had with the Holiday inn Hotel. It was the right choice I made to stay as comfortable as possible in Vienna. The breakfast was varied , the location was almost in the center. 20 minutes away from the cathedral of the center of the tourist spots to visit in Vienna. The thing that solved a lot of work was the parking that the hotel offers in exchange for a minimum payment. Our car was safe there. Staff was very cooperative and helpful in everything. I managed to check inn very early after arriving earlier in Vienna, so I was able to stay in a hotel and relax to get the strength to visit the city. The room was very large and clean, warm water, minibar filled with water fruit juices beer and chocolate. I fully recommend Holiday inn, the right choice to visit Vienna.

Liked - Hotel as expected! Clean..large enough bathroom..good bed. Good location for walking to the city center.
Disliked - I dont know or I wasn't paying attention about parking. So I have to leave car on the street. However, was not as difficult as one would expect.
