Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich

The hotel was lovely and meticulously clean. The location is very convenient to the train station, museum, and old town. It was the perfect place to stay for Christmas shopping at either markets or regular shops. The staff were so welcoming. They always said hello and were very helpful. They even brought a torte with happy birthday on it for my birthday along with a glass of champagne when I went to breakfast. Such a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and could be adjusted. There was a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.  I highly recommend this hotel!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Zürich. It is centrally located with easy access to the central train, tram, shopping, and the river. The area is easy to walk and there are great nearby restaurants. We were treated well and every comfort was provided for, from robes to adjustable beds, butler service with complementary food to high end face creams and shampoos. Another nice touch: the lighting. You can turn off all of the lights from either bedside and the main door. Each side of the bed has its own plug-in and light. And there was a standard North American plug-in too. This room is massive and stunning. They have gorgeous accessories, bathroom amenities, ample closet space. The view would have been great except for the construction across the street.

Great friendly hotel. Area felt safe. Was able to leave my luggage before checking in. Very friendly and caring staff. Travelling solo, they made sure I was safe. I can honestly say customer service is top notch. Standard rooms but extremely clean, very comfortable beds, and with definitely everything you need at a good price. Will stay again. Thank you.

This house even exceeded the high expectations we had. An extremely friendly highly professional team did everything to pamper us. In addition, there was the traditional, beautiful building as well as the superb room, the size, class and technical infrastructure of which fulfilled all wishes. We like such a traditional, successful hotel, which is, however, equipped with a perfect, up-to-date technical infrastructure.
