Located in a beautiful place on the very shore. About 8 km from the center of Turku. Large free parking. You can get from the center by bus number 54. The rooms have air conditioning and everything you need to relax, but there are no refrigerators, kettles and dishes. The restaurant is open on weekdays, but on weekends you have to take care of the food yourself. There is a coffee machine and ice cream refrigerator in the lobby. From Monday to Saturday, during reception opening hours, you can use the sauna and swimming pool. The pool is small, there is no jacuzzi or water massage facilities. There are rooms with windows facing the inner covered courtyard. It can be noisy and uncomfortable. the courtyard has a piano, billiard and tennis tables, armchairs right in front of the windows.

We spent our wedding party in Meri-Karina. All the arrangements went very smoothly with the kitchen. On the feast night, the food was absolutely infinitely good and tasty, everything was beautifully served and the serving went flawlessly. In the vicinity of the party room there is a magnificent art chapel where you can dedicate in a really nice setting. And best of all, guests don’t have to move from place to place. All in all, a super good place to celebrate.

I chose this hotel for my stay because I mentioned that it was a 4-star hotel by the sea. The room was like a hospital room with Ikea's 2 Euro blankets, and a speaker placed on the beach, reproducing the sounds of nature, ruined an otherwise so wonderful evening on the beach. What was the idea of ​​this speaker? Nature provides sounds in itself, why ruin it? The interior of the room also could be invested in, came the feeling that there are nights in the hospital. No points here.

I would like to give 10 stars. We stopped here when we were in Turku. Although the hotel is located outside the city, there is a bus stop 100 meters from the hotel, so you can easily get there from the city center. We did not have time to get to the hotel before 16:00 (at this time the reception is closed), but a special thanks to the girls from the reception, they helped to check into the hotel after this time. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower room. There is a descent to the pier right next to the room. Very nice view and good hotel. Recommended for those who come to Turku looking for a hotel.
