I stayed here for 10 nights in 3 different rooms and though the hotel is on a very busy high street, the rooms were all very quiet. The only disturbance came from one particular house cleaner who'd continuously talk on her phone at a very high pitch while cleaning and what felt like throwing furniture around. WiFi speed is very good in case you're travelling and working like myself. Smiley and friendly reception staff going the extra mile to accommodate you. Overall, good value for money. If you book online, it's often cheaper than at reception.

I can't really complain about my stay too much as I didn't have any real problems. However this is for certain not a 4 star hotel - i've stayed in one and it was MUCH nicer than this. My colleagues were not so lucky - one of them did not have a quilt and the response to her reporting this was 'there should have been'.. We also both ordered the vegetarian/vegan breakfast for 7am which was not ready due to supply chain problems. We got offered hash browns and beans and toast, all of which were fine but not of the best standard - also mine and my colleagues toast was delivered on the same plate which was rather odd. Overall this hotel was fine for my purposes but I wouldn't rush to stay again.

The rooms have a good size, the bathroom is okay. The value for price was good, the only thing that was not good was the old carpet. The staff was very nice.
One Tipp: don't book the breakfast, you will find better location right outdoor.

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was fine and the tea and biscuits were replenished daily. The big problem for me was the lack of air in the room. The AC was not working and you could smell the room hadn't seen fresh air in a while. The window was not possible to open so was not ideal. For the money I paid, I would expect more.
