Wonderful hotel! Gorgeous room with very comfortable bed, choice of hard and soft pillows, good shower with great soaps and shampoo. Amazing view over the neighborhood, (albeit a bit of street noise, but earplugs work like a charm). Slept really deep, (doesn’t happen often in hotel rooms), good breakfast (wide range of choice and good quality food) with very attentive staff. Reception staff is attentive and very helpful.

Great hotel and nice rooms (bed & pillows were prefect). Great breakfast with quality products and a special thank you to the staff who were super nice and very professional! Check in and check out went smoothly thanks to young and dynamic people. Excellent quality price ratio for this 4 stars hotel. I can only recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were so warm and welcoming. They were also very helpful when it came to booking tours for us. Rooms were cleaned, food was delicious and cannot stress how amazing the staff are. The hotel really deserves to be a 5 star- I've received better treatment here than I ever received at a 5 star hotel.

Stayed here for a week. Pretty nice but not amazing. I'd probably try somewhere different next time. The area was very central with a mix of tourists and some hip restaurants, but wasn't itself really a destination. Gets a little sketch if you go more north or a little east. Great subway access, rarely had to transfer. It was pretty quiet. Showers were meh. Room was small (but expected). The hotel felt nice. Did the breakfast once - too pricey for what you get. Staff was friendly and helpful!
