Nice hotel with warm hospitality. Was planning to review it with 4 stars, but I lost my phone and the staff tried their best helping me find my phone. Although not all staff understand English well, it’s still really heart-warming to receive their help. Special shout-out to Andrea to thank for her great assistance!

Stayed here for 4 nights (through New Years). The hotel is impressive upon walking in. The lobby is clean and well organized. Check-in was smooth. The reason this hotel has lost stars from me is that there was a putrid "sewage"-like smell that could be smelled in the hallways and in the room. We mentioned this to the cleaning staff. A woman sprayed some cleaner which helped momentarily; however, the smell returned. The smell was not due to the room being unclean. I suspect it came from the bathroom piping in just about all of the rooms. This is not a pleasant smell to stay in. We fortunately spent much of the day outside the rooms. Room was also very hot at times. Cleaning staff was good. They did a good job tidying up the room.

I really like the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, they have good safety and health precautions for COVID. The pricing is a bit on the higher end for a 4 stars hotel. The bed is quite comfortable but a tip is to use higher floors to be further away from street noise. Noticeable hospitality and looks very good on moving towards sustainability with shampoo, soap and conditioner on stationary units in the bathroom, sustainable materials for amenities. The breakfast buffet is very good with many varieties and freshly made items however I have also tried the room service and the food was not as good but I’d recommend the Veggie burger.

Omg, I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everything was perfect. Their breakfast buffet was to die for. The variety was just overwhelming. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The water pressure was sooooooo good that when taking a shower after a long day walk you would feel rested. The only drawback was the beds that were two single beds that were put together. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Top top top.
