The staff are fantastic, the hotel is a beautiful building and smells amazing. Jimmy, one of the concierges was very helpful. We were offered a free upgrade and champagne on arrival which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our 5 year anniversary and was a lovely break for us. We also ate at the Bull and Bear for Sunday dinner and breakfast the next morning. The salt pollock scotch egg starter was great! Try the full English, it was very good and not as overwhelming as you would think. Good portion sizes, not too much food, just the right amount to feel full, happy and content.
