Stock Exchange Hotel

The staff are fantastic, the hotel is a beautiful building and smells amazing. Jimmy, one of the concierges was very helpful. We were offered a free upgrade and champagne on arrival which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our 5 year anniversary and was a lovely break for us. We also ate at the Bull and Bear for Sunday dinner and breakfast the next morning. The salt pollock scotch egg starter was great! Try the full English, it was very good and not as overwhelming as you would think. Good portion sizes, not too much food, just the right amount to feel full, happy and content.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The customer service and attention to detail was second to none. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The check-in process was slick and very comfortable being offered a glass of bubbles. Our bags were taken up to our room whilst we were checking in which was a real bonus. Our room was super comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The heated floor in the bathroom was a real treat! House keeping arriving whilst we were at breakfast meant minimal distribution which we really appreciated. The restaurant and bar area served delicious food, and the cocktails we had were first class! The old fashioned was a particular favourite of my husband. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant and were very happy. A special thank you to the concierge team who ensured we had the best service throughout our stay. The little personal touches we really loved. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Manchester. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Outstanding service from the people that work at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. A warm welcome with drink on arrival. Efficient check in, concierge and valet parking. Brilliant bar service. The whole place was also immaculately clean. Breakfast at the Bull & Bear was lovely again accompanied by the best service. The best hotel stay I’ve ever had in Manchester, if not the UK.

Our family had a warm and happy night. The interior and exterior design of the hotel is sophisticated yet luxurious.  Also, all the staffes are amazing people. They are very kind and take good care of my little daughter. Really beautiful hotel and nice people. Thank so much and see you again!!
