Great place, great location and very friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. Insanely delicious breakfast!
The hotel supports Ukrainians, for which we are very grateful and appreciate this attitude!

Overall our stay was fine. Location is brilliant! Cons: room was very hot (air con must not be operational in winter), we paid for a premium room but did not think it was particularly premium, we did not receive the coffee making facilities as promised, and some of the breakfast things need looking at: a coffee machine would be nice and microwaving a toastie instead of toasting it was not appetising at all. The man at the breakfast service was extremely friendly and very hardworking making sure everything was replenished. Check in and out was very straightforward and we enjoyed our holiday in Prague!

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. Perfect location close to main attractions. Great breakfasts menu all fresh and tasty. The only thing they could improve on is hospitality of reception staff.
More friendliness and smile.

Our room was small and dark. Dark also because you cann't open the window because it faces other rooms. The towels are old and in a very bad condition, The staff was not so friendly. There were no cleaning within 3 nights, only garbage and towel change.
Breakfast ist on average. The location is very central and advantageous.
