Honestly there are better, nicer places in my opinion to stay. For a 4 star hotel they seem to be forgetful. 2 of my colleagues had things missing in their rooms, one empty mini bar and one empty drawer where the coffee and tea etc was supposed to be. It was clean. And it's nicely furnished etc. But I'd just go to a bed & breakfast. Go to some local nature areas nearby. If you love cities however you may like it better. Or business stays. I'd never stay in a place like this for a vacation myself. Breakfasts are good too. No complaints there. I can't say anything about the restaurant or the bar because I haven't been there with my colleagues. Not bad, just not "great" either if you catch my drift.

I could not fault this Hotel. Great location. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are stylish and comfortable with everything you needed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The restaurant is modern and spacious with an unusual menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. The best mushroom risotto we have ever tasted. The restaurant staff were polite and we were lucky to have Molly as our waitress for two evenings. Molly was incredibly helpful, charming with a great sense of humour. We have already booked another stay.

Room was clean, bed comfy, it's just the blanket is quite a tug fight if you sleep with your partner (somewhat small). Room can be cold, even the heater doesn't work. We did call the staff tell them about this issue but they said we have to wait like half hour to get the room a bit warmer. In the end, we ask for portable heater instead and they have! Very nice! Shower also giving constant pressure and heat, but the room itself not so much amenities available. No bathrobe, no room sandal, no toiletries. Staffs was nice, welcoming and responsive, thumbs up.

Luxurious hotel that is brand new but in a historic building. Not cheap and not the best hotel in The Hague, but in a city where so many travelers are on expense accounts, this is an excellent choice. Small fridge in room. Staff are very, very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in the center of the city.
