Pension Helenental

Friendly guesthouse near Vienna in the history rich city of Baden ( suggested read Arthur Schnitzler) Plenty of space in clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Ideal if you want to flee from the sometimes chaotic city life and spend some time de-stressing.

Despite the booked breakfast, there is none. Employees do not speak German. Foyer and hallway model "lumber room of the 70s". Room worn out, but clean. WiFi didn't work most of the time.

The culinary side (breakfast etc.) has now taken over Costas with its small but fine Greek eatery. Now you get anytime Greek specialties, excellently prepared. Costas speaks perfect German, English and of course Greek. A great addition to the pension!

Many very small rooms. Otherwise eig ok. But there lives someone permanently, a young man who constantly receives a visit and not really respect (noise, running around in the corridors, etc.) on other guests who may want to sleep only a night. Otherwise that's okay.
