They will make smile at your face. Here you get know, what Boutique hotel shall mean. Recommended!
Liked - Centrally located, small but comfortable hotel.
Very good breakfasts, unbelieveble choices, mostly BIO products + staff could prepare pancakes, etc.
Junior Suite could be little bit bigger, for 2 adults and small baby it was OK. If we would be 3 or 4 adults, I would recommend standard Suite /family suite with 2 bed rooms.
Friendly prices for accomodated guests at the hotel bar, which is opened 24/7.
Fast and stable wi-fi, used for video conf-calls.
There was plenty of amenities in the room and bathroom (kind of nesspresso machine with coffee shots, tea selections, free water, mini bar, shower gels, shampoos, creams, beauty packages, flipflops, bathrobes, etc...). Nice and very friendly staff, I would definitelly return.
Disliked - Expensive parking (EUR 29/day), but it is expensive in whole Vienna.
Fancoil units (heating/cooling) under the windows cannot be fully turned off by local controller on the wall. The ventilator is still working on lowest speed. Someone could be disturbed during a night. It could be programmed differently by facility manager.
We had Junior Suite, which I can recommend, the only thing I do not understand, there is missing washbasin in the toilet room. To wash your hands, you need to walk around the whole room to the bathroom - crazy.
Someone could be used surprised, that minibar could be better equiped in 4*hotel (we didnt use it).

Excellent venue for a Viennese City break
Liked - The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the Old Town near the metro and is very convenient for the many museums, opera and the Danube. The rooms are compact but well laid out and provided all we needed for a city break visit.
The staff spoke excellent English and were most helpful with sight-seeing and transport advice. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of good food including gluten free options.

Good value for the price
Liked - The location is very good. 4 min from Cafe Central, 8 min from Cafe Landtman. few min to the subway and different tram stations
The room size is good, and the bad was excellent
The breakfest was very good
The staff was a pleasure
Disliked - The window in the room can't be fully darkened
My room was on the 2nd floor, the room is not soundproofed. you can hear voices on the street and from the corridor
Bathwater dropped very slowlyץ I asked the staff to fix it. it was a little improved, but not fixed

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, in a very good location. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options.
Centraly located, 10min walk from Graben Street and hofburg Palace. Next to the historic centre. Highly recommended.
