Fleming's Conference Hotel Vienna

Not sure about the previous reviews but it must have been a different hotel. Rooms dated and in need of really deep clean, especially the carpet. Took 2 attempts for the house staff to provide a working kettle. Bedside lamp has still not been replaced with a working one. Room cleaning every 2 days. But no water daily or tea /coffee. Reception staff try to be helpful. Very impressed with the breakfast service staff. No evening food or bar available. I really think that this hotel is greatly overated. Management need to get a grip and spend some money on this hotel.

Liked - Nice business hotel really close to key points in Vienna. Very good breakfast and very helpful stuff. At the reception they were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t charged for the water and coffees that were in the room. The option for cancellation even in the day of arrival. That they allow us to have a late check out (+2 hours after 12) for free.
Disliked - The hotel feels old, worn out. Main thing that it was not clean. I have the feeling that the room was not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. Also it was very dusty. The sliding door in the room was broken and it was moving really hard.The so called fitness was equipped with only a few things that weren’t working properly or weren’t working at all. The fitness was dirty. We also have a problem with the water pressures as the room was on the last floor.

Nice easy to reach hotel.
Liked - Nice breakfast, polite stuff, good location, easy to reach city center. The room is big, had 2 bottles of watater and a coffee machine. Stable WIFI connection. The room is also very clean.
Disliked - The shower is located right next to the bed and is transparent. No privacy. Not suitable, if you are sharing the room with a friend. The sink is also in the room and there's no door separating it. Quite uncomfortable since I wake up earlier then my partner, need to have beauty routine, use hairdryer and it's way too loud. The room didn't have minibar and didn't have small friedge. The cleaning comes every 2 days, not every day. We do not expect our bedsheets to be replaced every day, but would be nice to get fresh towels, as there's no place where to hang them to dry them out. We asked at the front desk for the fresh towels and they brought them to us.

A pleasant stay in a wonderful hotel - with exceptional kind staff!
Liked - A wonderful room in the 6th floor - despite all the circumstances of Covid-19, which I did not realize in this wonderful Hotel. And thanks to the kind staff I was allowed on the day of departure to stay longer and could participate in my online conference! WiFi without any problems in my room!
Absolute good breakfast with excellent (and much!) coffee and everything I could enjoy!
Disliked - NOTHING in the Hotel - except that I would have loved to stay longer!
