Ambassador Vienna

Liked - Probably due to construction in the area the price was really good (about half the normal price), and the noise from the constructions was only at day time, when we weren't in the room anyways, so great value for money!
We got a huge place with 2 separate rooms - a living room and a sleeping room and a big shower with great water pressure.
The staff were really nice and understanding of our flight delay. There was one unpleasant incident and it was managed quickly and professionally. Location is excellent on of the main streets and close to the underground.

Liked - great location - was upgraded to 4th floor very large room overlooking the square.
staff are kind and attentive - you can get every where from here- and there's a Corso in the same square ( fancy grocery store) there so many coffee/kondeterie/bars every where- Loos american bar is around the corner!
Disliked - oddly- no coffee/tea/kettle/small fridge in the room- so that's very odd - as at the end of a very active day in such a lovely room you might want to make your own beverage?

Great place to stay, would stay there again.
Liked - Fantastic location in centre of town, you can walk to all the major places of interest. Lovely room good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful old hotel.
Disliked -  Breakfast was not good value and the breakfast room was empty when we ate there (only once). The major roadworks outside was nosy but this seems to be going on all over central Vienna. Thwe works should be finished by the end of May

A great hotel to explore the city.
Liked - The hotel is centrally located giving you complete access to everything, all within a nice 10 minute walk.
Disliked - For there were two things which let the hotel down.
1. There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
2. The towels in the bathroom were very thin and very small, barely covering me. They need to be bigger.
