Inside the hotel is the quality of the latest Apple hotels, ie a new surface, a new stylish bathroom. But now in March 2022 the building itself is under renovation and as a result the signage is a bit poorly visible and since the entrance to the parking garage at the beginning of the ramp is "hidden", it was challenging to find your way. A big minus is also the night noise that I think comes from the neighboring nightclubs and the street.

Good location, dirty windows, air conditioning did not work, the room was hot, the car could not be parked and the entrance was in an awkward location.

The room was hot and the air conditioning did not work when we came so the rooms had not been cleaned and the third one was missing a duvet and pillow but the sheets were for everyone.

No sheets, no towels, no pillowcases, no customer service. As soon as we arrived we noticed the shortcomings but as a result of several unnecessary calls to customer service, there was nothing they could do. For the most part, calls were not answered or called back (although request was made # 9). After several attempts, we got to their service warehouse at the hotel, at 9pm, but there was only toilet paper). It was our family's last time. Rather, I pay a multiple price so the basics should be fine.
