Comfortable and centraly located establishment
I stayed in the Sheraton Lisboa together with one of my friends and shared a room for 3 days.
The rooms are large enough for each to have their storage space and personal space and are comfortable for either a short or long stay.
The cleanness is very good and the housekeeping is very friendly and doing a terrific job.
The amenities of the hotel are simply good, but not overwhelming. But luxurious enough like you might expect in a 5-star hotel.

The location is great, very accessable and centrally located with the old town on walking distance and various public transport options right next door.

Although it is not the most modern building, Sheraton keeps a good job maintaining it and making it feel quite up-to-date.
I would stay here again next time.

Good hotel, but beware of the crowds
Stayed at the Sheraton for a week while we visited Lisbon.

Spacious rooms, all the amenities one requires, however the mattress was too soft for our liking. They did provide hard pillows on request.

The staff are polite and very helpful, and this came in handy with an issue with our booking. Despite having booked on a B&B rate, every morning the restaurant staff would tell us that breakfast was not included, which required a visit to the front desk to sort it out. We were hoping that this would be sorted after the first day, but unfortunately this carried on for 3 more days!

The spa is very nice, and so is the Panorama bar - make sure you get there in time for a sunset drink.

The food is good, even if the menu is limited, but the wine selection is good. We just asked the bar staff to recommend wine, and nothing was disappointing. A special thank you to the bar staff, who made us a special cocktail on our last night there :)

One disadvantage of staying there is that the hotel is popular for conventions, and was extremely crowded at times.

We would definitely stay there again.

Vibrant and welcoming
The Sheraton Lisboa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location to many of the tourist sites, as well as, shops and restaurants. It is on a major avenue with local transportation just outside the door. The local transportation will take you to many of the local sites or you can just ride the bus for the whole route on a day pass.
The hotel is well appointed and the attention to detail is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well maintained by the staff. Meals in the lobby restaurant are first rate with impeccable service. For an awesome view of the city head upstairs to the Panorama Restaurant and Bar for dinner or drinks in the evening and see Lisbon all lit up for the evening.

Great Hotel!
First time in Lisbon and booked our hotel here. Chose it primarily because it was an SPG (rather, Bonvoy) property. The hotel itself was beautiful, updated and well maintained. We had a club floor room with gorgeous views of the city. Within 1 block from the hotel, there is the Metro (which is about a 15 min ride to get into the main downtown). There is also a small market to get some basic drinks/snacks for the room. The Saldanha apartment/shopping complex has a variety of decent restaurants. We tried Il Giardinetto and it was pretty good! A number of small cafes to get breakfast in the morning. If I return to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. A great property within close proximity to all the sites of Lisbon!

Amazing Hotel, nice rooms, just one (minor) thing
Very well kept up rooms and overall facilities, not the best if you like to be close to all the old parts of town, but an Uber is only 3-4 Euro there.

Just one minor issue, even though I paid for a club level room, breakfast included they wanted to charge me 5 Euro for a diet Pepsi at breakfast, even though it's free in the club lounge. I learned to bring my own down from the lounge, but that was just a bit of a weird customer service experience.

Good facilities
Stayed at Sheraton in Lisbon for two nights over a weekend. Got a room at club level which had a lovely view over the city, spacious room and bathroom. Had all the amenities needed, clean and nice.
The hotel has a really nice restaurant and bar on top of the hotel overlooking the city. The gym and spa was really nice! I hadn’t expected an outdoor pool, steam room and sauna, and the gym is modern Og very nice for a hotel gym.

Very enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Lisboa Sheraton.
A short Uber drive from the airport, the hotel was in a nice area, although not within walking distance to any of the old town sights we wanted to visit.
The rooms were comfortable and very tastefully decorated in a modern stye. The glass enclosure bathroom, although not especially private, was roomy and very attractive. The leather-covered doors and remote-controlled black-out blinds made for a quiet and restful environment. The rooms were spotless.
Being Platinum, we had access to the club lounge which had a nice breakfast and evening buffet. Plenty of choices. The breakfast tables were set with cloth napkins and flowers, a step above the norm. And the view from the lounge was fantastic.
The spa, pool, and fitness center are also very nice; definitely above average with a steam room, sauna and relaxation room. The hot tub was not however hot enough.
Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. (Not however, for those who want to walk to the tourist sights.) But, Uber is very accessible and reasonable, a 5 euro drive away. It is a perfect place to unwind and rest up while traveling.

Very convenient location in the business district
We were attending a business meeting in Lisbon and found this hotel on the web, as it was convenient to the meeting venue. The location is great as it is within walking distance of many sites, shops, restaurants, and close to two subway stops that can take you anywhere in the city. The service, accommodations, facilities and amenities are what you would expect of a five star Sheraton hotel. The personnel was very nice and helpful and overall knowledgeable about the area and the rest of Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights is the Panorama Bar, with a great view of the city and a great selection of drinks, wine and petiscos. We also had dinner in the restaurant in the top floor one night. The food was good but somewhat pricy; I think this was the most expensive dinner we had and we had some very good dinners elswere.

Nice hotel, clean and with great facilities like lobby bar, spa & gym, roof top bar. Breakfast is excellent, but it is 30 minutes walk from the more happening area in town. So if you want the experience of walking to nearby cafes and neighborhood, better to choose a location closer to restaurants and Pasteleria. On the plus side, garage parking and view of Bridge from higher floors

It would not be my leisure hotel, but this is an extremely good hotel for a business trip. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are treated very hospitably. Check-in was quick and smooth. I got a lovely spacious room on the 21st floor. The room had a good bed, and I got the impression that they had recently renovated the bathroom. The hotel had a very good covid protocol, and you felt safe at all times. Due to covid, the restaurant on the top floor was closed, and you could only have a drink there. At the front of the hotel, an outdoor terrace with sand had been made where you could relax for a while. The extensive breakfast buffet was delicious, and there was a chef present to make an egg dish of your choice. A big compliment because I had not eaten such a good omelet in ages. All staff, from front desk to waiter and from the concierge to housekeeping, get a big 10 out of 10

Club rooms on the highest floors were especially nice for a Sheraton. Definitely a hotel catering business travel, but only a 5 euro cab ride to main downtown tourist spots. Great recognition of elite benefits for platinum members. Spa was nice, but mostly because it was completely empty when we went.

I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 days on a family trip to Lisbon. It was located right in the middle of the city with many things within walking distance. The hotel, service and facilities were all top class. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly specially Elizabeth on front desk and the young man at the makeshift ski resort outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
