Park Hyatt Zurich

My review is only for the high tea experience at the Park Hyatt in Zürich. We had a great time. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Good balance of sweet and savory dishes. The selection of teas was small but came with complementary refill. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the spacious lounge. Friendly and professional service.

Location perfect next to a beautiful park, shops and walking distance to airport. The hotel was very clean and had a cool vibe in the lobby. 4/5 because the beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good at all. Moreover, we were rather abruptly approached at breakfast asking for payment.

Park Hyatt is clean, reasonably well located, and has a friendly staff. My 3 stars reflect the value. At this price the complete lack of any view is not acceptable. The rooms are nice but not nice enough to make up for it. The bed and pillow are well below four seasons/ritz Carlton level comfort. Food is pretty good.

The good service and kind staff are the best assets of this hotel. The hotel is big, location  is good but not really in city center. However the lake is around the corner and a walk here is beautiful. The breakfast is okay
