Spa Hotel Thermal

Thank you very much for making my stay amazing, wonderful. I loved my Superior room. Location and the City view was amazing. “Great” Loved the Spa experience. Great Breakfast and Dinner. Great Hotel and Spa staff. Thank you very very much for making this a wonderful and unforgettable vacation.

Mixed feelings about the hotel. Parts of it are luxurious, but other parts are of suboptimal quality.
1) Look and feel - still like a socialist building, in the middle of reconstruction works.
2) Bars - no good. Lobby bar closes before 10 PM, the disco karaoke bar has luxury prices, but is not aware of basic drinks. A barman who does not know what whisky sour is, and when told to add egg-white, offers me a shot of Bozkov eggnog? Really??
3) Breakfast - bright side of this hotel. Variations every day, freshly cooked, high-quality meals, great choice. Espresso and cappuccino could be better, but otherwise top notch!
4) Rooms. Cleaned very well, well-equipped - however, I had a very bad mattress on my bed, with basically a laid-through hole, and because of the tight schedule, didn't find my way on the reception to have it replaced. Good otherwise.
5) Wellness part on -2 floor - looked great, all clean and functioning. I liked both saunas and the pool.
6) Reception - friendly and helpful.

Outstanding hotel with great location and rich variety of services. Rooms are nice and tidy, with balconies, locker, great view, fridge and much more. It has private parking as well. Special thing is of course a variety of SPA treatments, huge pool, saunas, IR cabin, jacuzzi and many more. Breakfasts are amazing as well, they ofer wide meat selection and tons of healthy food options . We ordered a dinner once as well and it was great. Also, every evening there is a live music events, we were lucky to see one local Czech band who played great rock'n'roll music with great vocals and perfect sound. Overall, the hotel has everything for the relaxing and entertaining stay. Definitelly recommend to everyone!
