Top quality hotel
With a lot of these more corporate hotels, you cab pretty much guarantee what you are getting before you go there. All the same, we had a very enjoyable and high quality stay.

The room we were given was great: very modern and comfortable, and the hotel has some good amenities. We drank a few times in the bar in the lobby and found the staff very pleasant and helpful in their service. The staff on reception were also very welcoming.

The hotel is also very well located, near some sizeable landmarks and the metro.

Great Hotel, Great Location
I took my first trip to Warsaw a few weeks back and booked the Westin due to the close proximity to my place of work. I was immediately impressed with the design walking into the lobby and all the staff at the check in desk were very courteous and helpful. Since I do not speak Polish, I was slightly apprehensive going into the trip, but everyone at the Westin were so pleasant and welcoming. The gym was a nice size and had a great variety of equipment and free weights, making it a nice bonus during the trip. The food at the restaurant was tremendous with a nice variety of meal choices. So many attractions are within walking distance. Drink were a little expensive, but somewhat expected at a finer hotel. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks.

I love Westin Warsaw
Whenever I am in Warsaw, I opt for the Westin. It is contemporary, spacious, light,clean and friendly.
I had a great suite with a great view, enjoyed the large breakfast on offer in the business lounge and wanted to go to the gym (but didn't make it).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and were keen to make sure I was happy.
What can i say ? I will be back.

Perfect stay
First trip to Warsaw and this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. We are here in winter and walking the city to explore it all so coming back into this warm and friendly place in the dark of late afternoon is so welcome.
We have a room with executive lounge access so from the 19th floor the view is spectacular.
The staff are very well trained indeed, they are professional and friendly and remember your preferences.
The lounge is a super place in early evening for drinks and light food.
Warsaw has been an amazing experience, a beautiful city and this hotel has made our holiday just perfect.
Our room is big and well fitted out, bed is huge, robes are soft and the hairdryer works really well!!

Great Stay
The Westin is very well respected in this city. I found the rooms to be average size, comfortable bed and provides great access in terms of city location and to my work. The buffet offers and array of selection that should please guests that wants a variety. I really enjoy their food though as I ordered room service and had dinner there and the pricing was reasonable including their drinks menu. I even trialed their gym but haven't had the chance to make use of their spa. I wouldn't mind going back there although my preference these days is an apartment-style accommodation that offers space and seems more reasonable in terms of pricing too but then again, this was a business stay. The elevators do get busy in the morning and upon check in that took more than half an hour wait which was very strange.

Well located and nice to stay
One night for a business trip was my target and I was happy with the service, specially as I was coming in very early and had to wait for only one hour 8-9am with nice coffee service to enter the room, thanks. Also the check-out was easy and friendly, as well as the room did serve the price and expectations. Not too much to say as I did only stay for one short night and did enjoy all services needed. Maybe the good central location as all was in walking distance an easy to reach.

Great Business Hotel in Warsaw Business District
located at the heart of Warsaw Business District, Westin is a great business hotel. 15 mins from the Chopin airport, tram and metro station at walking distance, hotel is located at Jana Pawla junction in city's heart. Depending on where you work, EY, Deloitte, JP Morgan are within 100 meters of the hotel which is too convenient. Old town Warsaw is 10 mins drive from the hotel, if you have any touristy interest. Hotel offers all facilities that you expect ie gym, spa, multiple restaurants. Marriott or Westin Members have few extra benefits. eg. higher floor rooms etc. Staff at reception as well as concierge speaks reasonable English so if you are a non polish person, need not worry. They should be able to take care of all your requirements very well. I stayed for 6 nights and felt it was quiet convenient and pleasure throughout. Highly Recommended if you are in Warsaw next time for business.

Convenient
Hotel was across the road from work so extremely convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable and access to the Exec Lounge was a bonus. Food was very good and service very efficient. All in all, a very pleasant experience. If this is your first time to Warsaw, you may want to stay in the old town as this hotel is in a pretty corporate side of town and you would certainly not see some of what the city has to offer. Also for taxis- DO NOT get a private taxi from the old town, unless you know it's hard to realize that there is a difference as they look like the other taxis. You will get charged triple- luckily I was able to negotiate my far down but still- totally surprised.

Its a great Hotel at Marriott - Group, well located, clean, AND ESPECIALLY: Thanks to the entire Hotel Stuff, super friendly and in times like in the moment "super helpful". They solved the difficult situation, when you have an "executive lounge entrance", they gave instead dinner, lunch and drink vouchers, more than enough, to enjoy them great service.
We got an upgrade to higher floor and larger room, the room was super clean and spacious - so we even decided to stay some day longer to enjoy and work in this nice city. Thanks to the "head of concierge", he was vey helpful with the necessary "PCR-Test" which we need for our further travel. And off course, as our vehicle was to high for them parking, they gave us direct parking in front of hotel entrance, which made life very convenient for us. Thanks again to the Westin-Team there !

Fantastic two night stay in premium king room (club level). Staff were lovely, requested early check in which was honoured. As we booked a club level room we were provided with breakfast which was excellent, numerous soft drink vouchers, and also vouchers for a two course evening meal with either two house wines or beers. The food was excellent and red wine was lovely too - the staff at the bar were very professional and friendly - a credit to the hotel! Hotel was spotlessly clean, beds comfy and location was great. We used Ubers which were plentiful and cheap. The Christmas market close to the town square was small and could perhaps be disappointing if this was your main priority for visiting however I believe the main Christmas lights were only being switched on this weekend (4th Dec) so I guess more market could appear then. So many museums to visit and things to see we hope to return one day

Hotel spettacolare! ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo magnifico impianto, neanche una virgola fuori posto.

l'ubicazione strategica dell'hotel permette di raggiungere facilmente ogni singolo punto d'interesse della città sia con mezzi pubblici che con i taxi.

gli interni sono curati in ogni piccolo dettaglio, la hole e l'area ristoro hanno un impatto magnifico, caloroso e accogliente per qualsiasi viaggiatore che vi alloggia.

la mia camera era compresa di tutti gli optional presenti, la mochette sempre pulita e curata sono un tocca sana per i piedi dopo una giornata di camminate intense. letto e poltrone comodissime che sembrano cullarti dolcemente nel mondo dei sogni dopo una giornata spesa tra i vari monumenti della città.
bagno curato ed elegante con doccia e vasca separati che permettono la scelta perfetta a seconda delle esigenze di chi vi alloggia. ho apprezzato molto anche la cassa con diffusore audio direttamente collegata al televisore di ultima generazione all'interno del bagno cosi da poter ascoltare musica e news durante i momenti di cura personale.
l'aria condizionata permette di regolare la temperatura della camera a proprio piacimento in modo tale che non sia mai ne troppo calda ne fredda. la mia camera era posta al 20o piano e che vista!!!

il personale è estremamente cordiale e professionale, sempre pronti a rispondere alle tue domande o a consigliarti le migliori opzioni per ogni singolo dubbio.

l'hotel e il personale rispettano rigorosamente tutte le norme anti Covid-19 anche oltre le aspettative.

Great location, very clean room, high standard furnishing. Friendly staff at reception. We were able to find street parking nearby, which was much better value than what hotel offered. All in all very positive experience. Would recommend.

We stayed in Feb 2020, had comfortable and luxurious stay in reasonable price. great location and nice Warsaw city centre view from the room. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff service was hospitality was great. Appreciate the whole thing and looking forward to re-experience.

Good choice. Rooms are clean and enough big, the only missing is there are no windows to open to refresh air. Good view, good service, good gym... perfect for business trip. Breakfast good and many choises. All with smiling service.

View from the 18th floor is 5 stars but attention to details is 2 stars, that’s why I give a 3 overall. As said the view and the elevator are amazing, the location is central and the room spacious enough. The lounge at the 19th floor is also peaceful and there’s a limited variety of snacks and drinks to choose. But to be a 5 star hotel rooms are too old with many things not working, missing lights, cleanliness is not up to standard and also the breakfast, especially the coffee is not great. It seems that they’re understaffed or probably Covid hit hard on them but they definitely need to improve in those aspects, especially considering the competitors just next to them. Service is good especially in the lounge, extremely attentive and friendly.
