Bulgari Hotel London

Second time visiting the spa and it was outstanding. I booked the onyx suite for my partners birthday & staff were lovely and helpful. The suite itself was so beautiful with a relaxation bed, a jacuzzi, steam shower & two massage beds. The team kindly prepared a happy birthday treat too and had it ready upon arrival. I’d like to add that Roberta specifically did an amazing job making us feel welcome & my partner had an amazing deep tissue massage. Can’t wait to rebook with her as she made our experience really lovely. Can’t recommend the suite and this spa enough. A true experience.

Hotel was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and the service provided was class. They have an  amazing spa. The mrs nearly had an accident in the hydropool due to a broken piece of equipment however they were on hand to ensure all was okay. Definitely will recommend this hotel to everyone!

This a review of the lounge bar. I was enjoying a day in Knightsbridge with a friend, and we decided to start with coffee in the lounge of the Bulgari Hotel. The décor is very stylish, well furnished, and comfortable. Being January, there was an open fire warming the room. There are large photographic prints on the walls of models wearing Bulgari jewellery. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and looked after us very well. As we relaxed and enjoyed the general ambiance, we ate avocado on toast, chatted, and drank espresso. The chocolates looked very inviting, but we decided to save those for another day. Highly recommended.
