Very clean and spacious room with two separate, comfortable beds. The toilet is fine. Nice reception but they close by 9 p.m and open by 9 a.m. Location is besides the City Market. Breakfast is served to persons as the dinner hall is under construction.

The hotel reminded me more of a hostel. Our room was fairly clean, but the whole place has seen it's better days. I think it's overpriced for what you get. Location was ok, as well as the breakfast.

Not a terrible hotel, but also not great for the price. Check in and out as well as breakfast are around the corner at Hotel Börs, the entrance to Hotelli Forum is just next to the small shopping centre. The room was spacious and clean, but didn't have more than the bare essentials. No soap or shampoo provided, no hair dryer, just one towel. Hotel Börs does provide a great breakfast, but for everything else they just point out that it's a separate hotel and they can't help with anything. The windows are right opposite a very noisy night club as well, which can be heard loudly through closed windows.

The room is very dirty, the doors to the shower are broken, there are dirty dishes in the bedside tables, the refrigerator in the room is broken, the window is broken and does not close. The bed is broken, Everything is very uncomfortable and not cozy!
