Wedding Anniversary and Valentine combined
This hotel was chosen as part of a BA package, although in future I would go direct as I have found that these package rooms, although cheaper, tend to be inferior . On arrival we were upgraded to a better room. The hotel is 5 star in every way although being early season a couple of the amenities were not available,i.e the outdoor swimming pool . The staff ,in particular the concierge team, were magnificent ,both before and during our stay. The restaurants are excellent and the Sky Bar is a revelation . The only negative and that is being extremely picky is the long wait at the omelette bar for breakfast. I would visit Lisbon again and this would be my first choice hotel . One other point worth making is the availability and cheapest of transportation in particular the taxis and trams . So different from other very expensive cities . Thank you Tivoli and thank you Lisbon . Wonderful

Style and Comfort in the Heart of Lisbon
My wife and I were in Lisbon on a work/vacation holiday. We had read reviews and had a personal recommendation from a friend who had grown up in Lisbon. We were not disappointed in our experience at the hotel. The staff were attentive and seemed to genuinely care about our needs. The room was very nice and had a view of the city and waterfront. The breakfast buffet and atmosphere was the best I have ever experienced anywhere! We also had a very nice dinner at The Seen restaurant where the food and service was also top notch. The location was in the center of the city and was perfect for a stroll down the Avenue or as a hub to get anywhere in the city by Uber or the Metro. We stayed an entire week and would not consider another hotel when we visit Lisbon in the future.

Exponential 5 Star Experience
My enjoyment and admiration for this hotel grew exponentially throughout our 3 night stay .
The quality and luxury was evident in every department and throughout all areas of the hotel.
A special mention must be made to Phillipe in the Lobby Bar. His knowledge and delivery of cocktails was without doubt the best I've had world wide. In addition his wide range of information across all types of beverages was delivered enthusiastically and in a considered manner.
The restaurant was first class and every member of staff had style and a smile.
We were disappointed that he roof Sky terrace was closed as this was a specific booking factor but even this small negative could not blot a stunning city hotel event for us.

A very pleasant stay in Lisboa
Three days in which we enjoyed the town, and we were very nicely treated at the Tivoli.

Well placed, at walking distance from the center, the service is exactly how We wanted it to be: of quality, professional and friendly at the same time.

The reception very welcoming, the concierge doing everything possible to match desires and well equipped with hints, always following up on experiences and asking, the three people that we had the chance to speak to were all at their best.
The same can be said of the bar, and of the breakfast.
They should try to make the pool work in winter time too.
Only disappointment: the restaurant Seen on the terrace. Supposingly a hit in town, we found it a bit pretentious, initially the table booked was not available, and only after insisting that the solution proposed was not good enough (we wanted to leave), a solution was then found. Again very nice waiters, just the overall situation seemed it be a bit under stress.

All in all a hotel we would recommend. Definitely.

Perfect!!!!!!
Excellent place! Everything was so perfect. The staff was very helpful, friendly, professional and wonderful.
The rooftop bar was was amazing! And the restaurant was excellent.
We will definitely come back.

Great staff, great location, breakfast can be improved
I stayed here using a membership point booking, hence I didn't "pay" the staying let's say. I must admit the location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, the lobby impressive (very lively with great live music every evening until 9pm) - the staff is extremely warm, professional and helpful. My reservation on the breakfast - it could improve a lot both in food quality and variety 9for certain items) and for the coffee. tried latte and cappuccino as well and wasn't really too good. Nonetheless I truly enjoyed my staying and I'd come back (using the same membership) and give another chance to the food :)

A real five star experience
We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Tivoli Liberdade. From the moment we arrived and were helped with our luggage from the car, to the personal touch at the reception, being escorded to the room, a fruit basket in the room and an exceptional Spa experience. Everything was above our expectations! All the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. We’ll be back for sure!!

Nice place to be
The hotel is well located on the famous "avenida liberdade". It is walking distance to all major Lisbon sites. Should you not feel like walking, take a cab. They are very cheap.
Gorgeous lobby, with a 50's flavor. Check in is friendly and efficient.
Although a bit small, rooms are very well equipped with all amenities you may desire (including a Nespresso coffee machine). My room was overlooking the avenue and was very quiet.
Breakfast is a dream and the waiters are available to help, refilling your cups before you even ask for.
The spa is very peaceful and relaxing, with a variety of treatments to please all needs. They use the "Biologique Recherche" products that are a must.
Don't miss the rooftop bar.
The nicest when you stay @ Tivoli is that the staff is very nice and kind.
Overall, the hotel is a bit more expensive than some of its neighbors, but it's really worth the money.

5 stars are not enough to rate the quality of service that we received during our stay. It was an awesome experience. The dedication, personal touch, and kindness of everybody in the hotel, beginning with the manager Bruno, his staff Ricardo, Deborah, and the front desk staff, made our very comfortable. My daily breakfasts were always enjoyable by the personal attention given by Deborah and her team. They always try to find ways to make us happier. The greeting and hospitality that you receive upon entering and exiting the hotel are welcoming. Pedro and his team greet you nicely each time. We cannot wait to be back here in March!

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff, great location. I had my birthday while I was here sparkling wine appeared at breakfast on the house, when we returned from our excursion there was a bottle of sparkling in an ice bucket waiting with a mini cake and candle. The restaurant is brilliant.

We loved everything about this hotel. The service was perfect at every turn. From the porters to the bartenders, to the receptionists to the concierge. We would come back to this hotel again without hesitation.

During our trip we stayed twice at this hotel with 2 different experiences each time. During our first stay we were given a room on the 4th floor with a King sized bed. I hated that room and after the second stay i understood why.
Simply put the bed is too big for a regular Room, we barely had any space to move around and the worst part were the linens which I think are too small for the bed size and I woke up every morning sleeping directly on the mattress as in the picture.
The second time we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a double bed we had more space and best of all the bed didn't become undone while sleeping.
Otherwise the staff is really friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor is a must but try to book in advance as it is a hot spot for night life in Lisboa.
